And to STEVE: This Dent fella gets his jollies throwing out random votes at the start. I've caught his act before. I've played with NAF before and am familiar with this play. I still don't like it. He can be doing it as town for town reasons, alternately he may be doing it as scum for scum reasons. I personally think this technique, used by a scummy NAF, has more potential to help scum and hurt town than the same technique, used by a town NAF, would help town and hurt scum. YMMV.

Again, if I accept your claim as valid, you say you got off a shot last Night. But you say you it's one-shot; there were two NKs the first Night, so I'm guessing they were both Scum Actions, or else there's another Vig out there. That seems kinda heavy-handed, unless THAT other NK was also a one-shot. I dunno. I'm just thinking out loud. Sometimes I talk out loud while I'm thinking and folks look at me... I getcha. It's probably hard to arrange a mob hit twice.... Sorry, let me try that in a different way.
Obviously, you are innocent of any wrongdoing and foul play. But if you had had the opportunity Night 1 to--you know--pop someone in the jaw, who would you have hit? Pollux Oil or redskeesix? Obviously, you have pegged me for being on your side... Suppositions aside, I don't see why you are asking me for my opinion. You have your way of playing and I have mine. Until you are confirmed one way or another, I don't see what advantage you expect by this line of questioning. Claiming does not make you Town; the fact that you've claimed without having any proof to back it up makes you appear all the more scummy.

Peaceful night good is. No disturbances in the force it causes. (OOG: I won't be around much until Sunday due to having a busy weekend. Sorry everybody.) No. You liar.
I'm a oneshot vig, and I tried to kill you last Night. You aren't a town-bulletproof type since you would have said that someone tried to kill you last night if you were. Vote: Yoda Nice that you automatically assume liar I am. Particularly when considering amount of experience in this game you have, both as player and mod. No doubt survived your kill I did, but not because protected I was. In fact, think no one had any active power work last Night. Because last Night, mass block there was. How do I know this? Force I see. That is my power. Each Dawn, information about random night action I receive. Not know target, not know source, just know what power was used. Apparently since power is passive...or Dawn based...still work it did in spite of mass block it did. Don't exactly know. Mods didn't say. Results from Night 1 rather useless were. Apparently, detective investigation there was. Mods not even tell me result of what was found, just that it happened.

Why do you assume that anyone would be informed if they were blocked? I didn't inform players in my game as to the success of their actions, and many games I've played were similar.

I still find you suspicious, but I will not continue in this manner. Instead I will follow NAFs case, as I find it more convincing than a LtL vote.

Maybe I should rephrase that... www.idlemafia.com/index.cgi?board=mini&action=display&thread=1141&page=5#55922Here you vote STEVE, with the comment "It's not much, but when in doubt throw a vote out, it's what I always say." www.idlemafia.com/index.cgi?board=mini&action=display&thread=1141&page=7#56178Here you state you are voting to see how people will react. While it's not as random as I thought, it's still a bit unorthodox. I've seen players move their votes around during the course of the Day, and on the outside it appears baseless but it does occasionally elicit a surprised response. I'm not accusing you of doing something scummy by it, but it's not how I would play. Maybe I should rethink my methods. Well, wontcha lookit me. Talkin' like I'm some kinda knowitall. My momma would think she got herself a college kid.

Well, Hank, I think you've been voted because, in particular, of the following:
The note that no one was pinging you followed by a vote on Boopsie to protect Yoda, and then never unvoting Boopsie despite her having claimed a Town protective role. (and, speaking of, I don't understand why you think she couldn't have been both Town doc and have the ability to break a tie if it became necessary). Yes, you defended yourself against Dent's vote, but really your argument there was pretty weak.
Also, the conversation with pede about why he was so sure his potential target would have been notified has been pinging me: why would you assume they wouldn't? Just because you've had games where you haven't told anyone the results of their Night actions? Seems like kind of a stretch to me...
Vote: vote Hank Hill/FCOD
Again -- sorry about my absence. I should be able to be around for the rest of the game, with the possible exception of next Friday.

(and, speaking of, I don't understand why you think she couldn't have been both Town doc and have the ability to break a tie if it became necessary). Yes, you defended yourself against Dent's vote, but really your argument there was pretty weak. She made a last minute claim that she then changed to be the "town protector" which is a role I've never heard of. I wasn't the only one who voted for her, as you recall. Also, the conversation with pede about why he was so sure his potential target would have been notified has been pinging me: why would you assume they wouldn't? Just because you've had games where you haven't told anyone the results of their Night actions? Seems like kind of a stretch to me... It's not a stretch at all. In most of the games in which I've played the moderator did not inform me if my action was successful or not. It's very common. For pedescribe to base a vote on the fact that he did not get notified that he was blocked is naive at best. Vote: vote Hank Hill/FCOD Again -- sorry about my absence. I should be able to be around for the rest of the game, with the possible exception of next Friday.
All you have done so far is make excuses about why you're not around and now parrot bad arguments. Vote: Sister Coyote/Wednesday --FCOD

The crowd gathers around Hank Hill and decide to burn him alive.
"If I have to go," he screams, "do it with propane!"
Shrugging you find a room with a deep pit and you set a few propane tanks to leaking and toss them in.
Then Hank gets tossed in followed by some matches and a lot of taking cover.
Hank Hill is Dead. He was the Mafia vote booster.
It is now Night 3. Night 3 ends at approximately 1 pm eastern on Wednesday.

The party went to sleep feeling pretty good! The Night before was as peaceful as any night without murder. And with a scummy salesman lynched, the future looked bright and shiny.
Or was last Night the silence before the storm?
A blood-curling scream resounded through Blockey's mansion. As everyone rushed to Wednesday's room, the guests found her heavily bleeding but alive. "Ha! That scream scared him good! An Addams isn't killed that easy!", Wednesday exclaimed.
Wednesday Addams, a Scotswoman, has survived a kill attempt.
"Well, at least it looks like we all survived for the Night." declared Tonya.
"No, disturbance in the force there is." said Yoda, quickly turning and drawing his light saber. In smooth acrobatic jump he suddenly dodged a shot. The second wide beam shot was impossible for a Jedi to dodge however and left him dead on ground. Shocked the party locked at his red saber spinning there.
Høøpy Frøød: Yoda, a Mafia Godfather, has been killed.
"Phew, as long as it's scum dieing we're OK!" said Arthur Dent. Quote didn't say much but seemed to agree. Lust Lizard Steve also remained silent which had more to do with the fact that he was dead.
Sinjin: Steve the Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove, a former Town Scotsman, has been killed.
"Ugh, that's not good," said Wednesday, "can you stop my bleeding Priestess?". But one look at the blood stained of robe of the Priestess said enough:
Death By Irony: Priest from FFT, a Mad Bomber, has been killed.
Four remained standing to look over the carnage as the sun rose. It's now Day Four until Saturday 1pm EST.

Tonya, Day One: Fluff Responding to Hank's accusation Votes Librarian without any further discussion Complains about Hank, mentions she has a temper, and then a brief discussion about wanting the Miller dead toDay rather than waiting to discuss it toMorrow. Day Two: Still on the Miller being a distraction and not likely to be taken out by an NK. Observation that Boopsie is confused a lot. Fluff, essentially. Isn't getting a Scum vibe from Yoda Scumdar busted, or defending a fellow? Figures there has to be a Vig because Scum with an additional Night Kill would be too powerful. post fail or secret message, I suppose...Votes me for not being around much. Asks for clarification of Boopsie's roleDay Three: Defends Hank, points out she too asked for clarification from Boopsie Quotes NAF and STEVE, how does Quote blocking Yoda prove Hank is Scum? Doesn't see the link (quoted wrong post), observes that Dent has a habit of random voting. Responding to Quote with doubt about Quote's claim to have tried to kill Yoda. Not in favor of random votesContinuing to doubt QuoteMan. If that isn't all damning: Repeated defense of Yoda, now known to be Alpha, defense of Hank...voting me for not being around, but an awful lot of fluff. Vote: vote: Timmylovestonya/Tonya Harding
