So, then, this is everone's idea of a party is it? Just standing around trading riddles and acting very vaguely creepy?
What I could really do with is a good cup of tea. There's a riddle for you. Where can you get a good cup of tea around here?

The sun peeks over the horizon. Everyone realizes that the day has begun and now the game starts in earnest. Day 1 will end at approximately 1pm eastern time Friday.

Now see here: if you have an issue with someone, you take it up face to face, man to man. Going around in the dark and hiring someone else to crack a knee cap? That ain't right, dangit!

You know how I feel about joke votes! Also how I feel about posting in character once the game starts... But I will not vote for you. If only to show what a superior human being I am.

I thought that was clear with the superior human being line at the end. I am very clearly not superior to any of you. Now where was my tea?

Also, someone might want to tell that guy in the bathrobe, that that tea is bound to make him at least as uncomfortable as its preparer.

Oook ook OOOOK.
*the Librarian shuffles into the room toting a bag full of random items, then proceeds to line them up on the floor. The others spy an old movie poster, a tome on foreign policy, a rowboat oar, a glass eye, and a clock, among other things. Naturally Weddnesday Addams gets it first.*
(No policy votes, or I clock you.)
Oook.

If I see a crustacean, I vote them, we lynch them, then I get to eat their tasty insides. 2. Can I borrow that oar? Just in case of lobster invasion. You can never be too prepared, that's what I always say.

((OOC: The Generics don't actually say anything other than mission reports and while casting spells, so I'm going to go with a slightly less purple version of the general prose style found in the PSP remake.))
At the risk of physical harm, I shall indeed
Vote: nphase the Orangutan.
A mute character is a poor choice for a party in which communicating with each other is key to victory.
May I vote for more than one person at one time?
If so, the other silent one will soon find themselves dangling from a short rope as well, for the same reason.
*casts PROTECT on herself, just in case*

Not sure it is voteworthy at this point I am. The force surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you. Here, between you, me, the ape, the robot...everywhere! Even between the land and the mansion. Maybe other way to communicate our silent players have. Let us know the force will. Patience a Jedi must have.

However, I have found a method of working around this. Any loquation seems to be acceptable provided that it is not immediately visible (with Yes/No being the sole exception).

I haven't seen any crustaceans, but there was a lizard wandering around earlier. I might go along with a vote for the monkey orangutan librarian since he took my wine away, but then he brought us all of these other things. I know an ex-soldier in need of a glass eye, but I am not sure I'll ever escape from this party to give it to him.

<font style="font-size: 12px;"> oh green and wizened one. When nine hundred years old you reach, look as good, you will not, hm? Have you seen my family? Vote: nphase the Orangutan. A mute character is a poor choice for a party in which communicating with each other is key to victory. I'm not sure I agree with this. For one thing, the Librarian has done an excellent job of communicating thus far. We'll see as the game goes on what happens.

I know an ex-soldier in need of a glass eye, but I am not sure I'll ever escape from this party to give it to him. Vote: Boopsie For the following reasons. Being wishy washy but still willing to vote for the 'tang when there is really no reason to vote for him in the first place as SC pointed out. But mainly for trying to escape from this lovely party. Neither the opening color nor my pm says anything about having to "escape." That leads me to believe that Boopsie's pm is decidedly different from mine. *slips off to the powder room to slip (heh) into something a bit more comfortable for the other guests since no one seems to want to sit next to a lizard, even if it is paisley*
