Standard voting. The frame of this is typical mafia.
As soon as we get all the admin privileges we need (I am assuming that will happen when Hoopy comes online later today) we will set up a thread with a full rundown of how the game works.
I don't see any reason why Hal and moody couldn't both join. We can take up to 25 right now.

Well, I made Hoopy an admin and told him he can make other, co mods (of this game) admins if he wants. I don't usually give co-mods (of games) adminship status myself because I'm of the firm belief that "too many cooks spoil the pot", however if he wants to make you or Rysto one, that's totally fine : )

Soon. We are just waiting on Hoopy to check in and one or two other things. I think the plan right now is to start Night 0 today at some point and then have the game itself start around Monday.

Sorry. Didn't get a chance to check in last night, and I typically can't get on during the day in the weekdays since work blocks the site. (I actually get every other Friday off, like today, so on those Fridays I can check the site.)
So 23 is good. We can have up to 2 more.
I'll make NAF co-admin, since he can be around during the day, and there's a week-and-a half at the end of June where I'll be unlikely to be around (which will be likely near the end of the game).
I'm off to go running right now.
