Raiders I kinda like, but i'm a fairweather fan with them. :shrug: i know it sucks. And 'Skins are my local team, but I do prefer the Ravens more as a "local" team as well (I'm from Southern VA though). The Colts... :shrug: i just liked em. But I Also too HATE HATE HATE HATE the Patriots. (Stupid frikking Kick in the snow vs. The raiders, and the fucking Colts ending thier playoffs way back in the early 00's. At least the one nice thing: We got that bastard goddamn kicker. So if you can't beat 'em- make 'em join YOU! Huzzah now to Viniteri.  |

so i'll exalt the guy who hates the pats. good on you. and Mooooo! You have no idea. My fiancée seems to think I really would inflict serious bodily harm to Tom Brady if I ever met him in person. Honestly, I can't say I wouldn't. The only person I know who MIGHT hate a team more than I hate the patriots is a friend who once hated the Packers so much he actually researched and performed voodoo rituals. Then again, I'd probably do that if I actually thought it would work. ...That's all another story, though... |

Actually, the moment I became a Jaguars fan was when they beat the Broncos in the AFC Playoffs back when Elway was still quarterbacking them. I hated the Broncos so much back then, but it was mostly because of Elway and Terrell Davis. Yes, that's right, I hated a sports team so much that my favorite team was spawned from the fact that they beat said hated team in the playoffs. Beat that.

Ah yes, some Bronco "love". I used to hate them with great passion as well, but alas, my hatred for the Patriots now consumes enough of my hatred, and of course my requisite hatred of the Cowboys (and Eagles and Giants) as a Redskins fan, I don't have as much time to hate the Broncos anymore. I once said I would swear off football if I were subjected to a Denver/Dallas Superbowl... I more recently said the same of a New England/Dallas Superbowl. It was bad enough I actually had to root for the Broncos to beat the Patriots two years ago, to keep them out of the AFC championship... that was painful, but at least neither made the superbowl.
And Atarus, let me tell you how much I hate the Patriots. I now hate Boston, and all teams from Boston with nearly as much passion. I didn't even visit my best friend who lived there for FOUR years because I refused to go to Boston. I have been to Denver (only as a flight lay-over that was unavoidable, because 100% of the flights to the smaller airport I was flying to are routed through Denver)), and I literally felt nauseous and had a headache the whole time. I can't imagine how painful a lay over in Boston would be.

FTR, NAF, I fully endorse any punishment you bestow up Cowboy, Bronco, and particularly Patriot fans... although, I don't think you can sufficiently punish a Patriot fan with the tools available on this board unless there is a "Die a horrible painful death" button somewhere that I missed.
