or will it? :pulls out the glass of wine: No. No it will not. There will be no recruitment in the Blade Runner Game. No wine. No recruitment. No. No. Can you sign right here, sir? In blood?

Yessssss, zeriel. It hasn't been determined that River Tam is town aligned. I can understand there being some confusion of River's status. Consider: - She is being specifically searched for by 3 baddies (or what would normally be considered bad guy names): Jubal Early, Dr Mathias, the scum - Jubal Early and Dr Mathias are apparently trying to help River, which goes against Firefly canon - scum have a specific ability to kill River, yet they chose not to do it If River is scum, why do scum have a specific kill ability? And if River is town, why are scum unwilling to kill her? Maybe River is neither scum nor town, but instead has her own win condition (like the Serial Killer and the Survivor). The other side of the coin is that both Jubal Early and Dr Mathias are confirmed as town. Now it beggars belief that town would be given an investigative ability where the reward for success was to hurt town (at least, I think it beggars belief). On that basis, they should regard River as town. But with everything that's happened in this game, I can understand there being some doubt over River's alignment. Oh, absolutely. I'm just wanting zeriel to cast that doubt because I know it's wrong!

I have a very vivid image of my mind of malicious ghosts whispering seductively into Zeriel's ear... Being one of them is probably what contributes to the vividness.

Add the golden bikini in there, and it all goes downhill toward farcical very quickly.

I'd just like someone in there to do something, already. The weekend is coming, no one ever posts on the weekend, and then the Day is over on Monday. If there's no discussion left to have, just vote for your candidate and keep it moving. Yeesh.

No. No it will not. There will be no recruitment in the Blade Runner Game. No wine. No recruitment. So that's what you WANT us to think, eh? Very tricky, ST.... I'm on to you. :drinks the Slushie in front of me: SIFOM!: Helping to create brain freezes when no wine is present!

Gah.... Idle isn't reading my posts clearly.... Maybe I should have put a comma in "Crew, Investigator" :sigh:
And also, I yelled at Hal for not trying to co-operate with a PRO-TOWN player (nesta).... Come on guys, I didn't post THAT often before I died.... Look at those posts!

It'll be highly amusing if Idle convinces the town to lynch dotchan, or vice versa. It seems like the two of them are sniping at each other enough in their last couple posts.

This game has been bizarre, but educational. I really want a chance to play scum again at some point; I think I've learned something.

I hate cliffhangers... But I was able to watch the Director's Cut of Blade Runner this weekend. Neither my wife or my Mom had seen it!

I asked Kat to write the final game post. She has been much more the storyteller in this game, and it was her concept; her ending it just seems appropriate. So I am kinda stalling waiting for her to let me know if she feels up to it (or just post.)
Just a heads up as to why it is taking so long to end this thing.

Oh I am an established fan, though I did see it for the first time rather late in life (I was in college, sometime around 1993) when I finally got to watch the Director's Cut on laserdisk. It is a great flic.

To be honest, it might be to WTF's advantage to not even bother trying to kill Idle during the night. In fact, WTF might be able to pull off a surprise upset if he stops lurking and piggybacks on Idle's recruit paranoia. Idle's almost to the point of obsessed with the idea of a recruit he's completely ignoring Roosh's claim. In the end game it's very possible that Idle could choose to lynch a near 100% confirmed townie over WTF. Hahaha, you underestimate me. I would have lynched (or at least voted to lynch until they were dead) zeriel and MHaye/WTF until they were both gone before going toward anyone else. Because everyone else was confirmed at that point but those two. Oh, and I cracked up at Drain Bead's post on page 1 regarding my imaginary Doc talk. I almost choked on my doritos. Regarding the lie: It wasn't REALLY a lie. There was going to be another Doc. It's just, they wouldn't have been activated until after I died. So, by half-lying and saying there was already a Doc in the game other than WTF: 1. Scum might be tempted to claim it. Especailly since I said, a few times, that I didn't know who it was. 2. Even if nobody claimed it, well, then no harm no foul. And besides, if I were to die at anytime after my lie, the lie would have turned to truth. I dunno. Made sense to me when I thought it. I figured it'd be interesting to see if any scum claimed this made up Doc. But I'm nevertheless glad to see that people still never know how my mind works...especially sach . I guess you can just add the "suspicious of you extremely in the Conspiracy, yet kept enchanting you every Night" to your list as well of "puzzlements over the mind if Idle Thoughts"

I wasn't expecting you to have been doing that, and I'm pretty sure that scum would not have either.
