W. T. F? Can't think of any specific things, and can't make a case, but you have a feeling. And you toss down a vote based on nothing when you could put the person you've voted for all game in the lead. Good to know that you also think the mason's vote is not scum motivated. Jebus. As much as I want to lynch storyteller today, this cannot pass without scrutiny. unvote storyteller
[color-blue]vote brewha
So, I say that I agree with a player. A player whose statements I know are pro town because he's a mason - and you are trying to twist that into making me look scummy? jebus is not the word. How about Jesus fucking christ on a stick? My vote was not tossed out there. It was not based on nothing. And, frankly, I think your accusations to the contrary are a bit underhanded. What do you care anyway? If you really are just a survivor and will win with whoever else does, why vote at all? If you think I'm scum and start getting in the habit of getting scum lynched, don't you think that my scum buddies would night kill you? If I'm town and you get in the habit of getting town lynched, don't you think my town buddies will lynch you? If you are a survivor, you're not doing a very good job of ensuring your survival.

If that pisses you off, you are taking this game way too seriously. Someday I will learn to stay away from mafia games while drinking - as I tend to be a bit harsh, but my point is still a valid one.
If you really are a survivor - you should be as neutral as possible. If you try to help either side, you make yourself the enemy, and potentially the target of the other side.

Lemme rephrase. I dont' want to tell you how to play. If I were a survivor and open about it, I would play as neutrally as possible.

i think story upthread mentioned the idea that a mass claim might be a good idea at this time.
i gotta agree. we are on Day 7 and talk is starting to die down. it seems to me that we have a least 2 or 3 more cycles at minimum. shit maybe more. i could envision a scenario whether either or both of cooks and guiri were somehow taking out scum at Night. with both of them gone unless hm had a hand in it somehow it's probably more like 4. cycles. i think it is time to pick up the pace or at least just stir the pot. and to show you that i have nothing but town motivation in agreeing with story's suggestion i'll even go first.
i am town. i am a mason. my two other brothers are dead and i am the last one.

If you really are a survivor - you should be as neutral as possible. If you try to help either side, you make yourself the enemy, and potentially the target of the other side. You can't be neutral in Mafia. Besides, I want to have fun playing the game. Being neutral is the equivalent of lurking and not participating. The scum probably know I'm not a threat. If they night kill me, it's a wasted turn. Town, on the other hand has no benefit of knowing I'm not a scummer, so I feel it's to my benefit to fight alongside Town and try to be helpful in finding and killing scum. If I do nothing, I'll get lynched. If I do anything, I'll get lynched. Really, the only way to play this is the funner option.
