@septimus, did you pass any Snacks last Night? Renata and Suburban, would you do me a favor and cast a vote for Septimus? Remove it later after a vote count. Also, Septimus, maybe you can vote for one of them, please? Just to ease my mind that there aren't some voting tricks going on there. Or had Renata voted for septimus yesterDay and had it count? I voted for septimus Yesterday. Is it necessary to test your theory that I do so again Today? Ed, you passed out Snacks fairly early on both Days 2 and 3. Is there a particular reason you're not doing the same Today? And for those keeping score at home, I received 2 more Snacks today (from the Mod, not from septimus or any other 'mysterious source').

The only "voting trick" I've thought of is that Lynching (or NK'ing?) you may be the way to get Daphne kidnapped.

I believe my final vote yesterday was on Joanie. Julie mentioned something went wrong with the final tally as regards me, but I haven't checked to see what it was. vote: Septimus[/color] Bob is that claim list right? Because with a couple of exceptions it's pretty close to the reverse of how I'd have put it. Do you really mean to have the likeliest town go first, or do you believe I'm likely to be mafia? I don't have any particular objection to going first, but that list as a whole -- really?

Yes, really. If you must know, we put GnarlyCharlie and Greedy Smurf at the end because Gnarly lives overseas (IIRC, I think he said he is exactly 12 hours opposite of Chicago time) and Greedy does not seem to be participating. Thus, we felt that by having those people at the beginning of the list, it would slow down the game if we all had to stop and wait for them to participate.
(Gnarly, I'm not implying that you aren't participating, but I thought you would be asleep at the moment, due to it being in the wee hours of the morning for you right now.)

Also -- actions included now, or wait until after the claims and then figure that part out? My instinct say wait.
(I do have night actions, and I suppose there's no reason to wait on revealing my role name since there's no way in hell anyone's going to counter claim: I'm Scooby Doo. Don't laugh, Ed.)

Renata, all this waffling about is making me more suspicious of you. Why not just full claim like everyone has seemed to do so far? You seem to be hung up on many details right now.

Okay.
It takes me two Snacks per night to protect, one to act as a bodyguard. I have a big pile of them at the moment, 12 or 14 or something. I started with three. Despite the wording up there, I can self-protect. And the typo was original.

To be honest, Idle, I'm a little shocked that anyone can have serious suspicions of me right now. I began the lynching wagon on FCOD and defended his closest competition. Two scum slammed votes on me yesterday; I was voting for one of them. Another scum voted me on day two for BS "oh goodness I sure don't understand why you're changing your vote so often" reasons. I've been playing my ass off this game, I don't think I have ever worked harder. And what do I get? "Oh, I'm suspicious. I'm paranoid. You sure change your vote a lot." The masons have me as their freaking number one suspect. It's crazy. Something's wrong and I don't think it's me.

And yes, there is an outside chance that revealing all my protections could help the remaining scum work out something more convincing than otherwise. Same with other players' actions. That's why I think actions should be handled separately, after re-evaluating. If I have to go first again, fine. But I reserve the right to rant about it once the setting is more appropriate.

I am assuming there is no way for me to know whether my actions are successful, but I suppose I should ask. I've never gotten a message one way or the other.

Scrappy snacks, OTOH, might be useful -- or at least a good way to get rid of Scrappy Doo... That was mean. Scooby Doo Role « Message sent on Mar 27, 2011, 3:25am » You are an annoying little dog, you know that? Everyone else is very aware how irritating you are so you've decided to embrace that to help Town fight off the bad guys. You are Scrappy Doo and you are the Annoying Puppy. You win along with the rest of Town when the Scum are destroyed. With 2 Scooby Snacks, you can choose to annoy away one player a Night. The more Snacks you have, the more annoying you get. With 4 Snacks, you might just be able to drive all witnesses from the room and out of the Hotel altogether. Your powers of annoyance are mighty, Scrappy. You will receive one extra Snack per Night. The Snack supply could end at any time, so you'll want to stock up if you can.You can choose among these 9 rooms to do your annoying: library ballroom attic garage drawing room billiards room wine cellar greenhouse gazebo If you do not choose a room, one will be assigned randomly. I took "night actions" to mean you telling us what your Night action was (if any)...not to tell what every, specific, Night action was, so far. Just a misunderstanding.

Explain this more clearly please?
I'm not sure what if anything it means that you got 1 snack extra per night while it was unspecified for me. (Yet I received 4 each night so far, I think -- haven't done the math on last night.)

About snacks, I keep forgetting the numbers/messing up the math.
I started with 3, used 2. The next morning I had 7, so would have gained 6. I used 2. The next morning I had 10 (including one from Septimus), so would have gained 5 (not counting him). During the day I believe I got one from Ed. I used 2. This morning I have 12, so gained 3.
Guiri, I don't understand the relation between you choosing to annoy a player and choosing to annoy in a place. What order do you need to send?
