Nanook and Drain Bead are dead. Merestil Haye was Town. guiri was a Cabalist (recruited from a Freemason).
Welcome to Day Six. It will end on Tue Feb 21 at the latest.

Well, we had investigated Drain Bead, but I see the results are useless now.
Drain Bead was undead.

Let me rephrase that: They're NOT useless in the regard that they still let us know she was false claiming and who an undead was....but they don't gleam any further light on anyone still alive. : p

Here's my problem with not having lynched Peeker long ago: How do we know he hasn't been recruiting people all this time, while still alive? Hell, for all I know, Ed and I could be the only people who are Town left.
That being said, I'm fine with voting for three people who have been pinging me based on them being suspicious (IMO) from the start: Peeker, Suburban Plankton, and Hoopy Frood.

No zombies? Who is the necro, Peeker? It would appear that either the Cabal successfully blocked the Necromancer last Night, the other possibility being that the Necro was colby11. The latter scenario would suggest that septimus is also now Undead and that the Undead Secret Power involves Raising the dead. Though as I type this, I think that's not likely to be the case. If the Undead were able to recruit (by means of raising the dead) any player, then they would be likely to wind up with an ex Wolf, Mason, or Cabalist, which would give them a rather large advantage, I think. So it does seem likely that peeker knows who the Necro is. The $64 is: will he actually tell us?

And this is what I suggested back on the day Septimus was raised, but you found me suspicious for it. Oh, sure, it was because I had assumed the Vampire could do it (because the Vampire could do it in a previous Conspiracy game), but what if that's the Undead's secret power, hm?

No problem. My assumption is that the Necro was Drain. She was either killed by a Wolf or a Vampire. If she were a Vampire, her killer would be dead instead. Unless there is a secret killing power that can kill Vampires. (Also no one claimed Vigilante) And, since it seems that the Vampire has recently come back to play, that makes me strongly suspect Inner. Could Inner have killed Drain in an ironic twist? While the wolves took out their Detective threat? In any case, that makes Inner and peeker my strongest suspects. And since peeker still refuses to be helpful Vote: Peeker

Oh, sure, it was because I had assumed the Vampire could do it (because the Vampire could do it in a previous Conspiracy game), but what if that's the Undead's secret power, hm? What I found odd at that time was that you kept suggesting things that were not in the rules as if they were. In the space of 15 posts you said: "I'm pretty sure that he could have been brought back to life by a Vampire, too" "thanks for not trying to kill me, Cabal" "I didn't know the Vampires kill for good in this game. I thought they only killed when they turned someone else into a Vampire." I called you out on these because you kept implying that there were powers in play for which there was absolutely no evidence. You didn't say "maybe the Secret Power is..."; you simply stated them as if they were facts. I never suspected you to be anything other than a Witch at that point. I said so at the time. But you were adding confusion to an already confusing situation, and frankly it was pissing me off. Back to the present...it's possible that septimus could have been brought back to life by the Undead, and that he could have falsely identified colby who was in fact the Necromancer. I don't know that it's likely this is the case, though. It's probably more likely that one of the Warlock claimants is the Necro, and that they were blocked by the Cabal. The problem there is that the only person who claims to know what happened there is peeker, and he's not in a sharing mood this morning.

In relooking at it, I'd be quite pleased to kill peeker and then kill off the mason pool as he's likely recruited a few more. It very well may be that he started as the only Cabal and could only recruit Freemasons (maybe by being investigated by them or investigating them?). He did well in claiming it Day 1.
The only problem with that is that we need to kill off the Vampire as well.

Yes, this makes sense, but let me risk sounding like a broken record. The Vampire has no real incentive to kill you now. Especially with 2 witches alive. Therefore, you have no incentive to give up the Vampire or even block him.
