me lurking? nope, i'm monitoring and watching I hate to say this, but monitoring and watching, but not posting, is pretty much what we mean here by "lurk." Someone who's not reading at all for RL reasons isn't playing.

Also, it's good news week. Getting to the start of a new page has restored the board to its natural state.
JBG, I saved a text copy of the thread before you deleted your post, so it's still available even if we lose large chunks of that page.

LOL! Excellent! You understood that I was being a smart ass at the same time I was making a serious point. Without the aid of a smiley. As to lack of content, this is my first game and I bring to it an unfortunate tendency to take people at their word. I have gotten to the point where other's claims of scum tells is making sense to me, but it is still hard for me to identify it on my own. Rereading Day Two now and my characterization of you was unfair. You have taken stands and contributed content, so I retract my FOS. Thank-you. You are a gentleman and a scholar.

"To highlight the cell color of this post, check this box."
Box is checked.

That was weird. When I posted the test post, it was purple like the previous page. But when I posted again, all the purple was gone.

WITH THESE VOTES...Lianne will be the one lynched. Oh dear...I feel like I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't here - if I try and point out why I know you're getting it wrong I get accused of being defensive which is apparently scummy behaviour. It's so frustrating when I know you are wrong. In an attempt to stop another mislynch I have to Vote: mchelle71 My son has come back from college specially to watch the Champions League final with his Dad as we are Chelsea in our house so having trouble finding time to get on here. I'm surprised that nearly half the people haven't voted yet though.

It's so frustrating when I know you are wrong. Try anyway. If you are Town, your thoughts may be valuable down the line - not least because we know we can trust your motives if you die and were revealed Town. It's about 37 to 19 now. Also, go Bayern. (I'm a Spurs supporter.)

Any more votes for Lianne? She in the lead by a single vote.

I'm in a quandary. I think Lianne is town, in fact I think she might be #3 on michelehunter's target list. If this is true and Lianne is mislynched, that saves scum from having to kill her. However, knowing Lianne's alignment will be more helpful than killing mchlle71 and knowing hers. And we are running out of time to vote. So maybe she should be sacrificed. What to do.

For my own vote, I am going to: - Vote: Michelehunter This is for D02.007, which, as has been noted by others, feels like Mafia gloating. Note for new players: Mafia gloating is a real phenomenon, but can be a very slight slip. This just feels slightly off for me. More Tomorrow (I tend to skip Nights).

Previous precedent would suggest that mchlle71 needs to unvote Archangel first. Just to add some drama.

In fact mchelle71 didn't vote liane but quoted SKUM's post without bleaching the vote.
Come on, anyone without a vote or a one off, please consider deciding between the lynch leaders.

Unvote michelehunter
Vote mchlle71
This will put Mchlle in the lead or force a tiebreaker, depending on if mchlles vote is valid or not...

No, you've put mchelle71 into the lead, why do you think she's scum?

No, you've put mchelle71 into the lead, why do you think she's scum? Yes, that's what I meant to do. I think it's better to keep Lianne alive and force scum to kill her, and mchlle71 pinged me as scummy along the way (I voted for her at one point).

Actually, wombat is right...it's now tied.
But since Mchelle did not unvote Special Ed/Archangel---and since I have told two people before that they must first unvote in order to vote again--I cannot accept Mchelle's vote for Lianne.
Which means the finale vote count is this:
Mchelle71 - 9 votes (Kagemoto, Laurie Rn, Gadarene, amykb, annem, crys, jlrinmke, Lianne, wombat99) Lianne - 8 votes (guiri, Total Ullz, dizzymrslizzy, annetastic, Septimus, richardbeckman, Susan K Murphy, GnarlyCharlie) wombat99 - 5 votes (supermel, Pleonast, Colby11, PhoenixPhyre, michelehunter) michelehunter - 5 votes (jmj697mn, Mahaloth, Catinasuit, Archangel, MHaye) archangel - 2 votes (cassiepietz, Mchelle71) Meeko - 2 votes (Suburban Plankton, patricia) Dizzymrslizzy - 1 vote (Silver Jan) Gadarene - 1 vote (Meeko) Septiums - 1 vote (oldred) Laurie RN - 1 vote (Hal) Aleetha - 1 vote (Endhoot) Endhoot - 1 vote (JustbeingGinger)
Had Mchelle remembered to unvote first, it would have been a tie between her and Lianne (and then random.org would have decided who was killed)
