And of course, while I was typing up my last post, Moley re-voted storyteller. I'm officially clueless right now... Well NO SHIT. We had a situation earlier on where three people who had all made semi-confirmed claims were the top three vote-getters. Meanwhile you're suggesting I don't vote CiAS because he subbed in for KidV, even though I thought KidV was the most likely scum?

Wait what? I just VOTED Story... I didn't unvote him! And I'm voting CiAS because KidV was the only person I had any kind of a scummy read on at all after DizzyLizzy was cleared by HockeyMonkey. What exactly do you think I should do... vote someone else who I think isn't scummy? The total lack of comment on my KidV case, either yesterday or today, makes me think I'm more likely to be right than wrong there. At least people were talking about DizzyMrsLizzy when she was under fire. You unvoted him in Post 186, as part of your "unvote all". Or had you forgotten that you had voted him in the first place? I generally try to keep track of who I have votes on. Don't you? And I did note two posts later that I saw you have re-voted him. It seems we cross-posted, twice.

Unvote: Storyteller
I would prefer a Moley or Silverjan lynch.

I knew you had a vote on Ki dV. I saw that you unvoted KidV (as part of "unovte all"). Then I saw that you voted CIAS. What I failed to note at the time was that KidV and CIAS were one and the same, so that effectively you kept that vote where it was. So you've been voting KidV/CIAS all Day long. I have no problem with that. I still don't like your unvote of storyteller in order to avoid a repeat of yesterDay, when your unvote in fact did exactly the opposite.

I would prefer a Moley or Silverjan lynch.
Ah, what the hell. Guiri's gonna be insufferable after this one. What I don't understand is how nobody else worked it out, especially as the first thing I did after Wombat said the word "Heretic" on Day 2 was unvote her. And Wombat, WHAT THE HELL WERE / ARE YOU DOING? I as good as told you straight-out that I was a Heretic on Day 2, as well as pretty much signalling you to SHUT THE HELL UP, which you utterly failed to do. And now you vote me and unvote Story? I mean, suggesting Christians start lynching themselves? What was that about? 21. The Scientist, Heretic, Investigator - HolyMoley! Role Name: The Scientist Alignment: Heretic Victory Conditions: 1. You must stop the Devils from winning. You don't exactly know what that entails, but here are some hints: a. Lynching or killing Devils will always help your team. b. Removing your sins will always help your team, but increasing them may or may not be beneficial. c. Never reveal to another player nor allow another player to figure out your Cardinal Sin. The only thing I ever lied about was my alignment. My wincon and everything else including my role details I was telling the truth about, although as I said early on, there are lots of details to my power role that I haven't revealed (and won't reveal, yet). I would suppose that Heretics can't go to heaven, but can go to hell... I haven't got a clue what happens when we die. My best guess is that if we survive and not have our souls taken by the devils, we win. I know we're not in direct competition with the Christians while we're alive.

On a completely unrelated note, I'm also quite suspicious of the fact that ryjae was blocked/stopped when she tried to investigate Bill. It just seems very convenient that he was going to say no, and then finally gave in and said yes when everyone raised their eyebrows but then it didn't matter anyway because ryjae was blocked. Also, he didn't vote for patricia, and is still in the unclaimed pool, and is voting for soft confirmed Texcat. I'm already voting for him, I'm just surprised more people aren't. Ok, everyone's ignoring this so far, but can someone explain to me why Bill is getting such a pass? Did I miss an investigation of him somewhere? He was nearly lynched D2, and then we all just seemed to wander off and lose interest.

As for my KidV case - here it is again, copied direct from page 13 of Day 3:
So some suspicion on both Texcat and Scathach, but I'd like to propose an alternative lynch candidate in KidVermicious. Reasons:
1) I disagreed with just about everything yesterday - in particular his early suspicions on Lightfoot. I feel like he was accepting a lot of things without question - that a devil would publicly urge the lynch of a Christian, in the case of Wombat - and just when it was becoming obvious to me that Wombat might not be a devil is when KidV started voting her. He then jumped onto the SisterCoyote bandwagon when the pressure started ceasing on Wombat, and again, seemed to accept Texcat's "catch" automatically without really questioning SisC's actions in light of possible town motivation.
I've played scum when KidV has been town... my impression is he's more thorough than this.
Finally, looking at the Patricia votes, it would make sense for a devil to place a vote on Patricia when the wagon really started picking up. A fourth or fifth vote would be the obvious time. The fourth and fifth Patricia votors were Scathach and KidVermicious.
One correction: I knew Wombat wasn't a devil, because of her soft-claim of Heretic. I don't think this changes anything regarding KidV though.

Again - everything that I said was true, including my thoughts on third-party roles. I just reversed the alignment that applied to myself. My win condition says specifically, "I have to beat the devils", as shown in my PM above. Nothing about any other faction.

I suggested he wasn't a devil myself, because of his knowledge that Idle's "hints" relating to Christian roles wasn't wrong. My theory was that BillMC couldn't be so certain that a sinless Christian existed, because: 1) Nobody else had claimed to be one, and 2) It would be unlikely for the devils to have this much exact knowledge about Christian roles. Of course, factor (1) is out of the window with Colby's claim, and I'm very far from ruling BillMC out right now.

And that's it. I'm off now and won't be back for several hours.
If I've got this right, my votes are on CatInASuit and Storyteller. Of those two, my preferred lynch by far would be CatInASuit.
On the off-chance that I survive this lynch and the remaining killer is a Christian, I would say this: you at least must know that my investigation results, at least as far as Night 2 goes, are correct. I'm equally helpful to Christians, Pagans, and Heretics at this point. Taking out Lightfoot was plain idiotic, and taking out me would be a lot more so, considering I've shared every result my role has given me so far. If the Christian wincons that have been provided so far are correct, you only have to beat the devils. We may not be on the same team, but we're on the same side. Get rid of a devil suspect!

RyJae's cleansing offer, which Bill accepted, cleared him as being non-Devil (as evidenced by the fact that RyJae did not die at lynch time). It was the sin-cleansing itself that was blocked at Night. There does seem to be a question, though, if the sin-cleansing investigation could be manipulated by a Godfather power.

I don't think Bill was cleared at all.....I thought that if RyJae attempted to CLEAN a Devil she would die upon dawn. That action was blocked, so there was no test.

infact, I'll go back to my old cases on Bill, he STILL doesn't feel right, and it was way too coincidental that the action was blocked.
Vote: Bill

...So the top vote-getters are currently: Plankton (confirmed Christian by Wombat, although presumably may be Heretic) Texcat (confirmed Christian by Ryjae) Silverjan (claimed watcher/tracker with confirmed results.) Do you know something we don't? Ryjae is power is to confirm whether someone is a devil or not. It does not confirm Texcat as Christian Nor does it rule out a godfather.

I am going to give more pressure to Bill. And what pressure is that? Pressure to claim, I would assume. Right now it looks like we'll be lynching storyteller, as he has a 2 vote lead over texcat, silverjan, guiri, Bill, and Moley. Does anyone have a case against story other than "I think there's probably a Devil hiding in the unclaimed pool, and story has been the least participatory player among that pool, so let's pick him"?

Does anyone have a case against story other than "I think there's probably a Devil hiding in the unclaimed pool, and story has been the least participatory player among that pool, so let's pick him"? I don't think there can be much of a case, just based on the fact that he hasn't been around enough. Just off the voting history, storyteller hasn't voted for anyone for 2 days out of 4. storyteller0910 has voted for Suburban Plankton (273), Chucara (273). storyteller0910 has voted for Filibuster (179). storyteller0910 has voted for scathach (354), silverjan (354). storyteller0910 has not voted. Frankly, I'd prefer a BillMc lynch, but I'm ok with this one since it seems that the penalty mechanism won't take him out, we're out of subs and real life is busy for storyteller right now. I've previously claimed all I am planning to claim. Ooh, mysterious!

Vote: Storyteller He created a vote analysis Yesterday to appear to be hunting Devils, but started with faulty/incomplete assumptions and didn't respond when questioned about them. I think he was just looking to put down a couple of votes and to appear helpful and Townie.
Really? I was quite cagey cos I didn't want the Devils to know how I could investigate someone, but now it's all open so I have been forthcoming.
