Swammer seems to go through suspects like a stripper goes through clients.....
Doesn't mean that Swammer is a witch, or a stripper.... But it makes me concerned... The only thing saving him right now is his investigative powers, which are very limited, to be honest
And to go back to the Cookies comment regarding the Judge- if Cookies is town, she doesn't know who the Judge is. If Cookies is a Witch, the only way they know who is the Judge is if they are on their team.

1. Since Ginger is one of the (now) inactive players, I'm hesitant to vote for her. Like I said above, I feel it's just too easy of a lynch for people to pile onto. If people are inactive they can either be subbed out or--barring that--killed anytime really. Any time but now, apparently? Seems like half of the game isn't playing and only two, I believe, have requested a sub. That's a lot of subs for the mods to pull out of their asses. And as we have yet to see even one sub actually be put in the game, I'm going to hazard a guess that they don't have any at their disposal. Not only does non-participation suck, but it also sucks when the consensus seems to be that a post that is made that some don't agree with is by default more suspicious that an entire wing of the game not saying a damn thing about anything. People used to PLAY this game. You used to be one of them, too, Idle.

I'm willing to switch to Ginger or Swammer, with Swammer being my first choice probably.

Well the only Holy Role that has any kind of critical component to is is the Bishop, and the Bishop role doesn't really do anything until halftime. So in your example I don't think she's Holy. I also don't buy into your suggestion. I think there was a communication gap between the mods, and that's it. Dizzy, I think your case on Ginger makes sense. It is essentially the same case that we had on peeker. I am a little hestitant to vote for someone who is not here to claim and might be holy. Swammer's case on Ginger does not make a lick of sense, as you pointed out. I don't think we should let the Judge decide lynches, but I don't want to use that as an excuse to jump on every bandwagon that gets going. I really dislike Swammer's jumping from wagon to wagon. Let's review. First he incorrectly said that the case on SilverJan was nothing more than her having two accounts. Then he jumped on the SilverJan wagon. Then as soon as someone else voted for Cookies, he jumped off and voted for Cookies. Yesterday, he made what I thought was a fairly convincing case that Cookies was a witch, but jumped over to Ginger before jumping over to Sai. Today, he has ignored Cookies who at least we have some intel on and jumped on the Wombat wagon who we know nothing about. And now is willing to jump back over to the Ginger wagon for some metagame reasons that don't even make sense. I don't like it, and his lack of following through on his cases makes me reconsider my opinion of both Cookies and Ginger. Vote: Swammer This matches my sentiment well. deadline vote SwammerdamiSorry that I don't have time for anything more. Also, the way the board redirects from psychopathgame.proboards.com to idlemafia.com really messes up the log in process. Is there any way to disable the auto-redirect after logging in?

Vote: ComeToTheDarkSideWeHaveCookies
We are fairly sure she's not a Spy b/c Swammer investigated her and she was "Not a Spy" (and she admitted she was not a spy).
She has claimed Assassin Basic:
She's probably not Holy b/c that would be risky to claim a role (Assassin) that she does not have d/t probable counter-claim.
She was giving Peeker the "benefit of the doubt" about his "nilla villagers" slip until several people pointed out that if you're Basic Villager, you know you're a Basic Villager and she reluctantly followed suit and voted him.
I think she claimed her true role (Assassin), but I think she's a witch, probably Jr.

That's a nice spin job on a single D1 sentence. The way I saw it at the time, there were two ways that Peeker could have slipped if it was indeed a slip, and one of those possibilities (him being clueless and Holy and not realizing the implications of what he was saying) could potentially screw over the Village. And if he was either a Witch or Holy and so out of touch with the game set-up that he didn't realize that he had just exposed himself, it really wasn't that far of a leap to make that he could possibly be so out of touch that he didn't even grok his own basic role. No one addressed this the first time I brought it up so I figure I'll call it out again now. Peeker was playing cluelessly. Being clueless is a null tell as to alignment, and so early on D1 that was all I had to go on at the time I made 'the statement'. Then he disappeared, which didn't help is case, then he came back spewing nonsense claims and I voted for him. There was nothing reluctant about it. Kudos to those who apparently saw through the noise earlier than I did. Bully for you, except for you sons-of-witches that did so in the process of busing his lost cause butt.

FWIW, I'll have limited Internet access until Day 5 -- I'm posting this from an Internet cafe. Myself, Swammi Mommy, Scorpion-Girl and Little Stinger are all four of us away from home on a combo errand-holiday. ... Just three of us will be returning home: the errand is to drop Scorpion-Girl off at her Freshman dorm. Lynch me if you must, though I am Villager. Anyone who thinks I'm Witch thinks there's a flaw in my "proof" of Villageness, and should point it out. Texcat claimed to think both Cookies and I were Witches. Cookies certainly knows that isn't true. Amusing if I get nine votes with nine different theories!

I'm going to extend the deadline 24 hours, due to the confusion/delay, this being the middle of a week, and some players having limited access.

Cookies vs. Swammerdial
Let's play what if
Let's say that both Swammerdial and Cookies are town If I was either one, I wouldn't have claimed, because that gives the Witches information that they are not a Holy Character.
Swam is scum, Cookies Is town His results could be faked, he could know that Cookies isn't a witch or spy... And therefore is building a case on Cookies to get a townie lynched
Cookies is scum, Swam is town Swam actually has caught a scum..
Swam and Cookies are Scum/Witches For this scenario, one of them has to be a Jr Witch and the other an Elder Witch. I don't see this happening, to be honest. It draws too much attention to both of them.
I don't think that they are both Witches, but one may be. I'm more suspicious of Swam, so my vote goes there
Vote: Vote Swam

... Let's say that both Swammerdial and Cookies are town If I was either one, I wouldn't have claimed, because that gives the Witches information that they are not a Holy Character. The charges against me are wrong. Answering Colby, I'd already said I was Basic as part of my case against Cookies before I claimed Investigator. (Why? The fact that Cookies appeared not to know what a Basic Villager PM looked like was key to the case. I knew, because I am Basic.) I've already mentioned, as a "meta-comment" that one advantage of being as frequently misLynched as I am, is that Scum won't bother to NK me.(*) Thus pretending I might be Holy wouldn't serve its usual purpose. (* - Don't believe? I've played about 7 games as Town by now -- study them; I've never been NK'ed except when I was demonstrated to be almost certainly Doctor or Detective.) Another wrong charge is that I've been changing targets. I still suspect Cookies and Texcat. But in any game with several inactive players when an absolute majority is required for Lynch, it is important to cull Inactives before Lynch becomes impossible. That applies to this game, and why Wombat or Ginger is appropriate target toDay.

Anyone who thinks I'm Witch thinks there's a flaw in my "proof" of Villageness, and should point it out. Someone already pointed out the flaw, but I can again. Your proof is essentially "scum playing like me would be doing a poor job". But, of course, players do play poorly all the time. And scum will often play as if they are town, anyway. All your "proof" does is explain why you think you've been playing like town. It doesn't indicate to anyone else your alignment. (In case it's not clear, my philosophy is "playing towny" => town or scum, "playing scummy" => scum.)

That applies to this game, and why Wombat or Ginger is appropriate target toDay. This is a good point, but I'm going to vote for who I think is scum. If the game becomes broken because of poor design (that is, requiring a majority to lynch but only given us each one vote), then I'll consider the game a stalemate.

Apologies, I've been on the road all week. I think Cookies is in the lead with 4 votes to Swammer and Wombat's 3 - another lynch decided by the judge, will s/he save Cookies again?
Vote Wombat
No great suspicion on either Cookies or Swammer.
