I think it looks good on the default.

I like the new highlighted color, it does go well with default.
But the front page is slightly messed up for me now. There's some black boxes at the end of the first couple of forums, and the Other Games forum is crowded into a little box at the end of the Mini Mafia games forum.

Are you able to take a screen shot, Atarus? If you please?

I get the same black boxes that Atarus has, though it never really bothered me. I'm using Camino 1.6. Is it a Firefox/Gecko thing?

That is so weird. I'm using IE and also just tried it out in FF and I don't get that in either.
I don't know how to fix it for those browsers. What browser you using, PO?
<--Never heard of Camino.
A lot of these hacks are usually only made compadible with the usual browsers like IE, FF, Opera, Netscape,....actually, even Opera sometimes gets shafted.

I do notice, however, in FF, the board splitter doesn't work too well. In IE (which is what I use on here), there is a sizable split between the main Mafia forum and the Meta Posting forum (like this is between Off Subject and the Past Games).

Camino's sort of a Mac-styled version of Firefox (albeit lacking plug-in support). Yes, Firefox exists on the Mac, but it doesn't feel as much like a Mac application. It uses the same rendering engine (Gecko) as Firefox 2. You can essentially treat it as Firefox 2 in terms of compatibility.
I'm seeing 50 px of space between the two sections. The space is about the size of one of the Forum boxes with two lines of text for me (e.g. if viewed at > 900 width, the General Topics box and the space below are about equal.)

*sigh* Oh boy. No idea how to fix these things singlely. The only thing I can do is to uninstall ALL of the hacks that I installed newly, since I don't know which of them is causing the stuff.
I'll work on it over the weekend.

But it is fine now.

There's some sort of "Minigames" description that I see for this sub-forum, but only from the "home" page, in the far right-hand column. As I am trying very hard to pretend that the minigames don't exist, so as not to be tempted by them, I sometimes try not to click on the forum, even though I later realize there are non-mini-game threads I'm participating in therein.
Long story short...you might want to change that heading.

Hmmm...so now I don't see it again. Maybe it i.s. only there when there are "new" posts in the there for me? I'll keep my eyes peeled.
It i.s. official. Performing QA on web applications has become a unstoppable compulsion. Just take me out back and shoot me...

I have no idea how to fix it.
Could be any of the hacks I've installed.
I guess I'll start uninstalling them one by one, starting with the ones we probably would never use (which means the personal smile list would probably come last)

I have a suspicion that it's the hack that puts the username of the OP beneath the thread title in the forum views. Whenever I look at a forum, the usernames aren't there initially but they appear after half of a second. Similarly, the front page initially looks normal but then it reformats itself into what Cookies posted.

No, I was wrong, it's the Topic Descriptions hack that's doing it. I'll see if I can fix it...

Huh. It seems to be happening because some thread titles end with a |. If I take the | out, or put some text after the |, there's no problem.

I've noticed this too, but they seem to show up randomly and by default. Again, no idea how to get them to not show up other than get rid of the descriptions hack (which I will do tomorrow when I'm awake enough, heh).
