And I am quite interested in that big Toad sitting on chucara's post. Okay. I'll shut up now.

And I find it...funny that the two people ( FCOD and Rugger) who said "wha? Apocalypse? How'd ya know? *ssusspicioussss*" --when it was in the opening color-- are suspicious of (to the point of voting for) Almost Human for a strikingly similar error. Please don't misrepresent me. What I said was:That's a "confused" smiley, btw. Could you please point out 1) where I said I was suspicious and 2) where I made an error? There is a huge difference between asking for clarification of canon (what I did) and saying something that is directly contradicted by the canon (what AH did). I'd appreciate that you not lump them together. --FCOD

Perhaps "error" wasn't the correct word. I'm not trying to misrepresent you in any way. Pardon my inept rephrasing of your post. It was clear to me that we could expect Apocalypse in this game, but that the identities of the four horsemen were complete ciphers. It was clear to you that PFKs had to be dead to meet the Town win condition. Perhaps you would prefer not to lump those things together as similar, but from my perspective they are exceedingly similar.

Santo, you mention that you don't believe that Pleo investigated you Night One. Do you have a specific reasoning for that statement? Only that his interaction with me didn't make me feel like he knew I was town. And I find it...funny that the two people ( FCOD and Rugger) who said "wha? Apocalypse? How'd ya know? *ssusspicioussss*" --when it was in the opening color-- are suspicious of (to the point of voting for) Almost Human for a strikingly similar error. Kindly point to where I said anything of the sort. Oh, and Santo Rugger...any thoughts on who might be showing up purple today? Can't rightly see as how that knowledge would help the scum. I didn't have a strong enough bead on anybody to use my power last Night. And I know you're probably thinking, "but... but..! Last Night?!". I already addressed that Yesterday; I figured sinjin was probably town, and if she wasn't, then Idle was probably protecting himself. Also, I'm pretty sure teh purple is supposed to manifest in the opening color when I do use it.

Are you particularly suspicious of AH based on yesterDay's events? Why or why not? I'm watching, but I'm not sold yet. I got a weird vibe from her defense yesterday, but I'm getting a weird vibe from lotsa folks right now. I think there may be better targets today.

Found it, bufftabby, peeker said it between two of my posts.
Also, I hate the way the quote boxes parse here. I need to start remembering to leave a space in there.

I can see how they would appear to be similar for you, and that's fine. The misrepresentation to which I was referring was your implication that I was suspicious of Chucara for asking about Apocalypse, which I was not.

Hey buffer it was me who also said it. Not santo. And I was more referring to what happened that made you sure Apocolypse was in the game now. Because I am with you, I kind of assumed just on the theme that this would be a consistent character to have in the game from the get go.

Hoopy (et al): No, I'm not claimbing Toad - it was a mis-copy/paste from the word document where I keep my notes. Like I said one day one, I'm one of the traditional good guys. (Which I take from Wikipedia that Toad is not)

Santo and FCoD, it felt from your posts that you found it suspicious, as though Chucara had some sort of secret knowledge. Tone is a tricky thing, not communicated well via text, and I apologize for projecting that particular tone onto your posts. You never explicitly stated that you found it suspicious, and I'll accept that you weren't implying it, either.
My point wasn't even "look how scummy those guys are," (Townie-on-Townie violence happens, I know) but that overlooking pieces of information isn't necessarily scummy, and perhaps y'all can think of some times you've done the same thing, as Town OR scum. It just seems so close to a null tell to me, that I can't see why it's got you guys convinced enough to vote for Almost Human out of the gate.

Because I can think of nobody that is more suspicious (to me) and my policy is to vote as early as possible for the person I find most suspicious and move my vote as other people go higher on the suspicion list. I don't know if Almost Human's slip was a scum tell or not, but it struck me as suspicious and, well, that's how I roll. --FCOD

From the opening color: and Whats the difference between missing vital information in the opening color, and missing your win condition? As far as importance goes: Color < Win Conditions Color is just that, color. It is usually not good policy in closed setups to take the color at it's word. As such, I tend to skim it. I knew fully that we have four horseman and their master, it was just the name that slipped my mind. Win conditions, on the other hand, are extremely important and I tend to read my role PM three or four times to make sure I have it right. Forgetting a name is not anywhere near the same thing as forgetting/missing HOW YOU WIN THE GAME. Chucara, you'd better explain better than that. Why would you have Toad written down anywhere? --FCOD

And that's perfectly acceptable to me, FCoD. (Not that it matters, but yaknowwhatimean.) I just wanted to throw some food for thought out there. I didn't mean to get all kerfluffly. I think I'm a mess today, too, Santo.

On Almost Human.
I am mildly suspicious of her for apparently not knowing her win condition. This would require her to (a) not have the standard Town win condition, and (b) have not reviewed the sample Town role PM that Storyteller posted in part to avoid handshakes on the Town win condition.
But...
If there is one person who might reasonably have missed the Town win condition in the sample PM, it is Almost Human, because she joined the game only on Day 2, and was not here in the run-up.
So it's a mistake that someone subbing in (specifically) might make.
This does make me very suspicious of her. Perhaps enough to vote later.

(Which I take from Wikipedia that Toad is not) As others have asked (and I was going to as soon as I saw this), what makes you think Toad is or might be in the game? (And traditional good or bad doesn't matter here. Not only was it brought up on Day 1, but both molefan's and Pleo's deaths have shown that some traditional bad guys are on the town's side. And Sinjin's death shows that a typical good guy was PFK.)

To those curious: I *know* Toad is in the game based on my night action. I don't know who's playing him, or what his powers are. Unless someone is really insistant, I'd rather not roleclaim, as this piece of information is more or less useless the way I see it.
