*lets out the breath she'd been holding since Saturday*
Phew!
That's another scum down! Yay!
If there had been 5 scum, I'm pretty sure they would have hammered me Saturday.
Now I can go finish my project and get that off my plate so I can concentrate on this game.

Right on! I don't have to eat my hat!
Roosh, go back to yesterday and ignore the Dotchan redherring thread (or what may or may not be a red herring, of course-- you're not out of the woods, Dot) and have a look at the voting and think about patterns.

Nice chart. I wish the colors (esp green and . . is that purple?) had more contrast.
If you know anything else go ahead and add in the rest of the colors, of course.

Well i coulda made my name Green. But i felt that'd be a bit presumptuous on my part, as i know i'm town, but i guess I still have to prove that in everyone else's eyes. So i kept myself a suspect. and the colors are Green(ProTown) and Navy Blue (Geniuses), with the key being that Red is Scum.

Here's an odd thought. How do we know that you and Nesta are both Geniuses again? And not like... maybe 2 scum leading- nm. Cuz the geniuses would counter-claim. Duh.
So back to trusting you until I hear a counter-Claim.

Mebbe the real geniuses are keeping quiet to try to achieve a genius only win...once one of them are killed then we know that cap and nest are lying. AHA....now we got ya. DISCLAIMER- that was a joke

Suh-weet.
Much still to do, but I will say this: unless dotchan is scum along with NAF, we can rest assured that there were no more than four scum remaining before yesterDay, and no more than three remaining toDay. That is definitely good news.

Ok, maybe I'm being dense (haven't yet had coffee), but how do you figure this? Is this a objective mathematical reckoning or does it deal with some personal theories that you don't want to go into? Does it have to do with the vote split or summin'?

i think its cuz if there was 5 scum, they won. cuz 5 is half of 10. And if scum =50% they win the game.

*i meant to say 5 is greater than half of 9. (cuz obv. they get to kill someone at night too)
So tomm when there is only 9 of us, that means only 4 or less scum are left.
And NAF's comments make me feel uneasy now, but maybe he's trying to make us feel uneasy?

Not following you, Roosh. Over the day they would have been 5/11, and now they'd be 4/10. . .
Actually, perhaps we were closer to losing than we thought-- if we'd lynched town and there were 5 scum (bringing it to 5/10) it would have ended right there, no? This way we head into tomorrow even if they succeed in a nightkill (starting the day possibly 4/9). So again tomorrow we can't lynch town, if it's the worst case scenario.

Okay, yeah, I have no idea then how StoryTeller got his numbers. (Though I agree with you Mad, I think there were initially only 4, but I'm an optimist, and now inclined maybe to think initially 5. But certainly not 6 as that's just scary)

Said this before, but I still think there are only 2 left. Got any names? You were positive that MAL/NAF was town; any fruits of re-analysis of the situation? I think NAF's remark was what we might call "scum morale." Ah, so it's #Town+1 for a scum win. Excellent. That puts us in better position.

This way we head into tomorrow even if they succeed in a nightkill (starting the day possibly 4/9). So again tomorrow we can't lynch town, if it's the worst case scenario. My assumption is that - if and only if dotchan is town, which is unprovable at the moment - there are certainly no more than three scum remaining at this time (there may be fewer, as Mad suggests, but I have no basis for speculating on that one way or another). If there were four remaining now, then there were five yesterday. Five out of eleven, which means one townie lynch followed by a successful night kill means good night, Irene. As dotchan notes, in such a situation the scum would have been tremendous fools not to hammer dotchan seconds before the deadline. They would have tipped their collective hand by doing so, but it wouldn't have mattered because the game would have been over. If dotchan is indeed scum, of course, the above is irrelevant, because hammering her would have done them no good.

Where did I say I was positive MAF was town? Ok, you didn't use the word 'positive' but it was back when you were smudging me for voting for MAL instead of Jsexton when I cut in on your smudging Nesta for voting JSexton: This is an odd attack, Mad. Like. . . uh. . . didn't you vote for JSexton? Didn't many people? Like, everyone but me, apparently? Did you not think JSexton was scum, Mad? Why did you vote for him? I thought Nesta's (and everyone else's) arguments against JSexton were weak, but then again, I didn't vote for him. How do you resolve your own action there, Mad? I'm not getting a big scum vibe from Nesta, but then again you aren't helping us see what you're seeing with this winking and nudging and if I'm missing something massive. . . I am well aware you didn't vote for Jsex. Thanks for pointing that out. I think it should be obvious why I didn't vote for him...I think MALF is pro-town.
