Arrgh, Cookies I feel your pain. If you are scum awesome game so far. If you are town, I have a bottle of whatever you want waiting for you in the after-game.

PS, I think some of these people are not paying attention I've only looked at the game in a casual way and still understood how the tie thing worked. What's up with that?

I have no idea who is telling the truth or what the hell is going on, but it is very entertaining and I am fascinated by the set up (still unspoiled here). Curse you mod for not allowing sub ins, although I guess having knowledge of various win conditions is key working out out a negotiated settlement to this game. I wonder if the 'other side is no longer a threat' from both sides will come out and work with peacekeepers to get 'other side dead' lynched or otherwise neutralized. Again that is pure speculation that that is the way the win conditions work. Awesome game mod.

Yeah, too bad some no-shows. Welcome to the after world BillMc, hard to convince town to make love not war - but you definitely tried. They just want to see blood .

This is a great setup. I wonder how things would be going down if people were actually showing up and playing their roles? Grr.

Yeah, seems war is just in the mafia blood. But gotta agree that the poor participation is disappointing.
I really liked the twists in this game, probably the most enjoyable game for me in a while.
spoil me please
Excuse me while I go have a read of the scum board

Spoil me I guess. I think I know most of it, but I'd like to see what happened in the earlier Days.

I haven't been following closely. Can anyone summarize what the debate over "cheating" is about? Or do I need to be spoiled?

There is some more posts on the spoiled forum, but the essence is this post contained a link to a screen shot of the scum board with posts from HockeyGuy (I haven't seen it). It got removed because the link / screen shot could be changed later, but reproducing posts from the scum board itself is OK (unlike posting from role PM). HockeyGuy feels it shouldn't have been / wouldn't have done it himself and that it was in part responsible for his lynch (only Nanook mentioned seeing it and using it as reason).

So a third party player had access to the scum board? I wouldn't design a game that allowed that, but given that it was, what's the problem with the player using the information available to them?
