www.wechoosethemoon.org. Less than 70 minutes (as I write) from now, the liftoff of the Apollo 11 mission took place 40 years ago. I had to go to school, and missed it. So now I'm following it 40 years on.

I just got back from a 40th anniversary lunch. They showed the cleaned up moon walk video, in synchronism with the time of the actual events. For us, this was about 12:50 pm on July 21 (my birthday).
