Does anyone know how to search and entire forum without searching the entire message board?
I don't like searching day by day, and I don't like getting the posts from other games (and the forbidden thread too if they're dead, but that's another issue)

I know of no such method, and prior to learning the post-count trick for a given thread, I ran into the same issues trying to compile post counts by hand. If you happen to be looking at someone who is active in other threads on the boards, you're humped.

Do search, uncheck all, check the forum you want to search, Undying War, I'm guessing.

I almost said that wasn't possible because you can't isolate that search to posts made by a particular username, but I just checked and low and behold that is a configurable setting in the "More options" drop down menu. I tend to not interpret drop down menus as they are intended...

Do search, uncheck all, check the forum you want to search, Undying War, I'm guessing. Excellent. Now the only drawback is getting the forbidden thread posts made by whomever you are searching, but still much much better. Thank you so much

We could have a dedicated Forbidden subsection for such threads. It would also prevent space cases like myself from accidentally clicking on anything containing the name of the game with the "new" flag.
