I've said several times that I do not believe Dotchan is scum in this game. So I'm not voting her.
(Wonders how that hat will taste.)

There are currently four people online who could provide it. Pygmy Rugger, hockeymonkey, mhaye and Greedy Smurf. Interesting that three of those people were on my suspicious list already... I don't remember if I had mhaye on it or not, but he's on there now.

I look at it in two ways. When S increases, it gives X a greater percentage of info compared to what they know. OTOH, when S increases, it gives Y more information compared to what they need to know. Sometimes, S can benefit town but not scum (because scum already know a person's not in their group). Any shared information is always useful to town, it may or may not be useful to scum. The point I'm trying to make is that this is a game of information, the closer the town gets to perfect information, the closer we are to winning. That is, as soon as we know who all the scum are, if we have enough townies left, we win. Either way, I'll flesh out more about information theory tomorrow, since I odn't have time now. I said a similar thing earlier: right now, we have an advantage in numbers, which we can trade for information. We're neglecting the latter part, which leaves us behind in my book.

A no lynch gives us a 0% chance of killing scum, resolves no outstanding questions, and gives no info on which to evaluate how people voted. A lynch gives us a nonzero chance of killing scum, resolves some questions(mainly around names and roles), and turns vote histories into evidence.
Enjoy, Steven

I said a similar thing earlier: right now, we have an advantage in numbers, which we can trade for information. We're neglecting the latter part, which leaves us behind in my book. I disagree. We're going to lose someone tonight, that is chosen specifically by the scum. They'll be manipulating what information we gain. Besides, how can you be so sure that dotchan isn't scum to think we're losing numbers?

Pygmy you have a sense of Drama, that unvote came with only 30 seconds to spare.
I will lock this thread temporarily but unlock it again once the Night thread is posted. The first post of that thread will be the Dusk results.
