All the PM said was that I would be cleared as town if the target was scum. []If the target was town, I would die as well I am assuming that if it was scum, I would stay alive and then be vanilla.
Forgive me but this seems to conflict with your earlier claim post. What did you read?

If your target was mafia, they will die and you will be essentially cleared town. Much snipped When it stated that they would be confirmed townie, I assumed that they would be confirmed by them ending up dead. I was mistaken I didn't know they would live. The MOD just PM'd me and clarified that for me. It is in fact that if I shoot and the target is town, I would die but they would live and be confirmed town. I will check with MOD to see if I can post the message.

I took Ginger's role to be a remorseful day vig. Is that not what she explained?

It was not really a contradiction of terms. When it stated that if my target was town, "yourself would die and the target would be confirmed town" I thought the target would die as well. The MOD clarified with me that if the person I target is town, they will in fact live and I will die.
So I can shoot and either get scum and live or you could have 2 confirmed townies and just one dead.

In one post JustBeingGinger paraphrases her role and says..
"If the target was town, I would die as well"
but in the post where she claimed she actually posts possibly all of her PM and it says...
"If they are town you will die yourself, but they will be confirmed town."
these 2 statements to me... seem different.
One seems to say only she would die... the other seems to say that they would both die, if she hit a TOWN member.
But it could be nothing..
It's late ... I've been up nigh on 21 hours... I've been out and seen a great show and had a lovely meal with Mrs Moody and still no bugger on here has wished me a happy birthday... they've just tried to hang me...
I think there's 5 maybe 6 players around at the moment... that leaves 10/11 players not even participating... they could well be sat on the sidelines as SCUM laughing at all of us TOWN running round in circles... and very happy that they've got another couple of claims out of us.

What if you shoot correctly - that would be awesome.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You were correct. I was mistaken in exactly what happened if I targeted a townie. So in this theory, I can shoot either someone I think is SCUM (sheep) or I can shoot at Drain and confirm without another townie dying. With me shooting, you might be two townies down depending on who is lynched.

A blind Vig is a dangerous vig. I question your logic here I agree with you a blind vig is a dangerous vig, I really do. It's just I don't see her making it through the night and if she could at least confirm a townie for us don't you think it is worth it? It gives us more knowledge. If she is NKed we get nothing except she is telling the truth but she uses her power she could get lucky and hit a scum and be the confirmed townie herself. Am I the only one that sees the as a positive thing?

Having been someone that has gained great suspicion toDay... I'm not going to give an opinion on who I think you should (if anyone) target toDay.... Because if I'm wrong and my choice is TOWN, That could possibly make me look worse than I already did.
But should you wish to target me then feel free...
Do you die if you target a TOWN member ?

It would be awesome, but I am shooting blind. My suspicions first got towards Special Ed because he was so sure I was scum... Someone so sure of something in this game seems wrong, but I am really not a good scum hunter... That's how Ed usually plays, regardless of town or scum. If anything, you should go with your own gut because anybody else's advice could be scum giving you advice. The only advice I would suggest is not using it on Drainbead. You should shoot to take out scum if you're convinced about using it, not sacrifice yourself just to confirm a town. We've already lost five townies, we shouldn't sacrifice a sixth just to confirm one.

Ginger, I agreed with Ed on Day 1, when it looked like you might be defending Colby, and then distanced yourself from him when called on it. But after Colby flipped town, that whole case seems to have gone down the drain. I'm not sure what the case on you currently is, but I might suspect some scum trying to glom onto the earlier suspicions.
