The Day/Night Cycle
Each game Day will last approximately 120 hours (5 days), with a 24-hour extension when the election of a Governor is required. The Day may end early if a majority vote is reached and the Governor opts to forego a Stay of Execution (see below). Days may be shortened as the number of active players decreases, to four real-life days once the total number of players is down to 20 and to three real-life days once the total number of players is down to 10. Days will always be extended by 24-hours if they begin without a Governor.
Nights will last approximately 36 hours, unless all Night-time instructions have been received before then.
The Governor
If there is no sitting Governor at any time (including at the beginning of Day One), the Day is extended by 24 real-time hours to allow for one to be elected. Any player, no matter his or her role or alignment, is eligible to be elected Governor. A Governor is elected by plurality of votes at the conclusion of the 24-hour election period, or by true majority of eligible voters at any time. The election of a Governor may occur only if at least 50% of the town has cast a vote. Failure to elect a Governor will result in another 24hour election cycle and no extension of the Day.

Unvotes for Governor should be done in purple text
The Day's Lynch will not occur without an elected Governor Once elected, a Governor serves until he or she is dead, either by lynch or night Kill.
Lynching
Lynch votes will be made in the now familiar blue text, with unvotes in red text. Please unvote before placing a new vote.
If at any time a true majority of votes are placed on a single candidate, voting is immediately frozen at that point. The Governor will then have six real-life hours to decide whether or not to proceed immediately to a lynching, or to allow an 18-hour Stay of Execution during which further discussion, voting, and unvoting may occur. The Governor may declare only one such Stay per game Day. Under no circumstances may a Stay extend a Day beyond its natural limit.
The Governor may not issue a Stay of his or her own execution. If a majority vote is reached to lynch the Governor, the execution will be carried out immediately.
If no majority has been reached by the end of a given Day, the player with the plurality of votes will be lynched. If there is a tie at the deadline, the outcome of the Day will lie in the hands of the Governor - he or she may choose either tied candidate, or choose a “no-lynch.”
Discussion
Strategy discussion will be permitted both during the Day and at Night. Replicants and any other off-board discussants may talk strategy during the Night, but NOT during the Day.
SPECIAL NOTE
Alignment is fixed in this game. There will be no mechanism by which a player's alignment may be changed once randomly determined prior to the outset of the game. (TRANSLATION FOR CLARITY: THERE WILL BE NO RECRUITMENT IN THIS GAME).
