With four of New Canaan's most consistently vocal residents having gone to their various graves in spectacular fashion in the space of just 24 hours, the town hall was quieter that day than it had ever been. There was a sense among the small group that, for good or for ill, the doings in New Canaan were drawing to a close.
Around mid-day, the Colonist known as Kat (Version 2.0), unsure of how to proceed, fell into a nap. As happenstance would have it, she chose as her napping location the only piece of furniture in the Town Hall. Thus, when they settled on her for the day's target, they saw no particular reason to wake her.
The dissection produced grim results.

Having reduced their number by one more, the four living colonists looked at one another fearfully. The humans among them waited fearfully, half expecting the Replicants to rise up and finish the job.
But they did not. And Night, as Night has a way of doing, fell.

Night Eight begins here. Given the lack of activity in this Day, I think it would be best not to draw out the Night too far. Please submit Night actions to me by this time tomorrow, or 2:00PM on Tuesday, January 15. If all Night actions are received before this time, the Dawn will come early. Good luck!

So long, Kat.
Well, time for us all to huddle in a corner and pray. Some of us anyway. Scum can leave now.
Really, the colony ship is open. Keys are in it. Fly off, now. No need to kill anyone.

All Night instructions have been received. I'll be resolving them presently, and then will post the Dawn. In the meanwhile, I'll lock this thread.
