I don't really know anything about the underlying software of the boards...but the multiquote feature on the dope is soo useful! In fact, it almost makes up for everything it lacks regarding these games. So if it's at all implementable, I humbly beg the Admins (Idle and Boozy, right?) to take steps toward implementing it. You would have my eternal thanks.

Because it started screwing things up like the posts and topics and other board functions. Plus not many people used it....I think because not a lot of people knew HOW to use it. It was pretty confusing, actually. Not like the one on the SDMB...you had to do something different.
Heck, half the hacks I've installed never are used. Remember THIS one? The highlighting the post? Useful when someone's making a roleclaim? But nooooooooooooooooooo..nobody ever uses it.

We should try to get some other UV'ers over here. For example, this seems like something that might be right up Owl's alley. <font style="font-size: 12px;"> <font style="font-size: 12px;">Yeah, it is cool. But never used, hahaha

When I saw that multi-quotes were "available" on the SDMB, I went huh? I've been multi-quoting for years.
I simply copy and paste. Typically, when I'm reading through a thread, I'll tab-open the quote button of each post I want to quote. And then copy and paste the quotes (and usually snip down to what I want) into my reply tab.
I don't like "features" that take over the thread tab that I'm trying to read, because I often skip around between pages.
Of course, I typically hand-type in the post coding instead of using the buttons. I'm a coder at heart.

And I also tend to code by hand rather than using buttons. It's the software engineer in me.

For some reason, I've noticed, the multiquote on here puts some added data at the beginning of each quote (in the form of a font style and size tag). I do not know how to get rid of this. I already searched the script with a fine tooth comb and could not find the part that includes this...so the best thing I can offer is: Just delete it out of each quote when using multi quote.

Maybe related to that - is anyone seeing a regression of font sizing on a quote of a multiquoted message? It's not a problem, since all you have to do is enlarge it to see it; I'm just wondering since I've got one of the funky browsers.
Hmm - the thread review in the Post Message page gives me the quote at normal size.
Just to test, I'll try to quote pedescribe's message.
