Seriously, it's been my favorite for years and years and years. I never grow tired of watching it. And it's all on youtube, too...so I can now share this great musical with you all. Here's part one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZvKWlRvf-QAnd on the right there are the other parts. Warning: It's very long. It has two acts to it so once you reach the end of ACT ONE, look for ACT TWO. Each act is in numerous parts. But anyway, you won't be sorry if you take an hour and a half out of your day to watch this. It's SO enjoyable and has such deep meanings and great songs. Funny as hell, too. I think I'll go watch it again...for the..ohhh 20th time (5th on youtube alone).

We watched Into the Woods in high school, and I fell in love. Speaking of love, how about that danglin' wolf schlong? Oh he's anatomically correct, you'd better believe it.
I think I need to see more Stephen Sondheim, because I really liked Sweeney Todd quite a bit too. I'm not much for musicals, but I have a short list I do like.

I love Into the Woods, but I can't put it as best ever, not even the best of Stephen Sondheim. Tabby, check out the music from Sunday in the park or Assassins. I don't know if there are any video's of the productions, but if you have a chance to see one check those out too. Stephen Sondheim is a theatrical god. But... www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHyj1ibaJKgThis was one of my favorite songs when I was in school, from Forbidden Broadway (also well worth checking out that album if you can). Into the words. Best Sondheim parody ever.
