All (if any) scum can talk on the scum boards still, yes. Idle could you clarify that a bit please?
Do you mean that if there are scum then all of them, regardless of which world they're currently in can talk in the scum thread?
Or did you mean that if there are any scum in this world they can talk in a scum thread separate to the scum thread of any scum from the other world? And now I've confused myself!

I believe him as there's no point playing if the mod's going to lie. I can't see Idle allowing scum to talk to each other while they're presumably on different worlds. I don't know anything about SMB but does it seem likely? But he's said that if there are scum then they can all talk to each other. Which leads me to believe that either. There are no scum at all or all the scum are on one world. As he randomised who went where the second options seems unlikely but not impossible but the first option does seem possible. The only thing making me wonder is the win condition for yesterDay which said all scum and pfks had to be dead for town to win which implies scum though it doesn't explicitly state that there are any.

I can't see Idle allowing scum to talk to each other while they're presumably on different worlds. Why not? It just seems too unbalanced in their favour to do that. It means they'll know what's going on in the other world, who the players are voting for etc. Give them more information to possibly sway a vote. It just seems like too much power to me. Do you think it's likely then?

I don't know near enough to form an opinion on it. But there's only one way I see you knowing enough to form an opinion...

With the information Idle gave us I formed an opinion. It may not be right but that's all it is, an opinion. I'm not really getting why you're jumping on me for it. You're more than welcome to disagree with me or discuss it but innuendoes without any real explanation aren't particularly helpful.

Reads to me like you're using insufficient evidence to assert a faulty conclusion, and I can see all sorts of scum motivation in the specific assertion you're trying to make.

Well funnily enough I hadn't imagined them saying "Hey, this is what's going on in the other world folks" But they would be able to discuss strategy with each other, help each other out with advice if one of them screwed up etc. Also, we've been separated. If the scum still have their own thread then effectively they haven't been separated. They can't all vote together obviously (assuming they're split between the worlds) but they often wouldn't do that anyway.

Of course I have insufficient evidence. That's why it's an opinion and not a conclusion.
