Dawn Four:
Yesterday was a harrowing day: filled with intrigue, suspicion, revelations and finally, the ending of the day-killing threat to all that was The Joker. The town went to sleep with a collective wish that the morning would reveal the same results as the previous mornings: more information revealed, and no more bodies piling up than had otherwise been seen.
This was not to be one of those mornings. Hal Briston was the first one into the hall, and he was the one to find the first clues that something was amiss. An unfired gun and a silver coin with two heads, one side scratched up, lay in the middle of the foyer. When the rest of the town arrived, it was obvious that Hockey Monkey was not to be found.
Hockey Monkey, a.k.a., Two Face, a Baddie 50/50 Cop/Vig, was knocked out by the Bat-Team.
While other members of the town showed up looking like they had accomplished things throughout the night, everyone else looked reasonably alive.
Day will end at 6pm, Friday, April 11.

BlasterMaster suddenly gives a yell- a corpse is in the corner! But the rest of the inmates walk over, and mutter- it's merely the STILL unfresh-smelling corpse of Bane from the first Day. Jesus, you people need to clean up this place.....
Suddenly, an alert NAF cries out once with familiarity: "Look, it's the Bat!" Everyone turns their heads, and out by the window you can see a familiar figure throw something into the room, and quickly swing off to hide. NAF dives as the object bounces and clangs into the room, rolling to a stop before the feet of BlasterMaster. He bends over and examines the canister, reading aloud, "Warning: Bat Shark Repellent. Huh? What's this do guys?" Poor BM, he seem to have forgotten, not remembering what had happened on Day 2....
"Bat Shark Repellent? What the hell does that do? Hey, wait guys, where are you all going? Don't run away!" ~FSSSSSHHH!!!~ The canister sprays its contents all over BlasterMaster, who begins to cough and gag from the nasty odor.
Blastermaster is now Resistant to Sharks! It is promising to be another yet ANOTHER strange day in Arkham Aslyum. It is now Day 4 Officially.

This post is hurried, but I want it out before it gets buried.
What the hell Masons, why all the run around? Is it really something you believe is for the best of town? I thought lying was never in the towns best interest.
Yet yesterDay when I posted this:
And NAF replied
Why is it we're all being forced to reveal things, and you guys are playing coy? If you're town and not PFK/Scum stop being so darn slimy with us.
I'll tell you what I seen, I seen a question if anyone could confirm Dark Smurf, and Molefan saying yes and you posted the exact same time that you all already claimed day 1. So basically you said no and molefan said yes. Odd isn't it? Playing with words, is not in the towns best interest.
I think you got your signals mixed up again, just like the daY 1 problems you all seemed to have.
Things are not so "cut and dry" on my thinking you all are working for the towns best interest anymore either. Big ol' FOS on the "Masons"

I may include color elements in posts from unconfirmed things. In that case, those color elements will all be drawn from public claims. For instance, had you not killed Kat Day One, I would have referred to her as Azrael in the color of future posts.

Sorry to see you go, HM. And now, I must retire for the night. But before I do...my, that was an interesting investigation! Riddle me this:
Who among us would Reverend Spooner accuse of having their fants on pire?
Back in about nine hours...

Sorry that I was absent so much yesterDay, guys. I have a bunch of assignments due today, so I should be fine for the rest of the game. I tried to find the time to do a re-read. I was mostly focussing on brewha because he's been twigging me some, but after taking a closer look at him I don't think that was anything to my suspicions. I'll have some more in-depth stuff later on this week.

Why are you being so coy? Just put it out there.

Maybe Hal has to talk in Riddles when he's revealing his results?
DB has to sub g's for b's kind of like Hal subbed p for f?
Or maybe he's talking about Ash, who's pants really may be on fire?

Or maybe he's talking about Ash, who's pants really may be on fire? <giggle> I like that. But yeah, I think he's talking about drain bead, what with the substituted letter and the reference to Reverend Spooner. I'm sure Hal will be back presently to continue the fun, although if drain bead would like to contribute to the conversation, that'd be OK, too.

Instead of "pants on fire" it became "fants on pire". But now I understand the reference of Spooner, since I was forgetting that DrainBead is a spoonerized name.

Why are you being so coy? Just put it out there. Why? Why talk in riddles? Because I'm the damn Riddler, that's why! And because it's fun. Anyway...to business... <glasses clink>Yes, many of you got it right. My results: FTR, my Night 1 check of Rugger as Robin was "no match" with 99.4% accuracy. I really fricking hope that's all just flavor (and that I don't get a "54.2% Accurate" report down the road). So... drainbead? I believe the floor is yours...

Riddler - If Mercy were here, I would have her kick your freaky costumed ass all over the place.
And - until I hear a very good explanation, I'm going to:
Vote: Drain Bead[/color]

Riddler - If Mercy were here, I would have her kick your freaky costumed ass all over the place. Meh, I'd just send ryjae to smack her around a bit. However, you do raise a good point. It'll take a whooole lot of very smooth talking to get the birthday girl out of this little jam, so let's get this on record: Vote drainbead

My ability is basically that of a stalker. There are certain limitations/dangers, but I can follow people, and discover what their goal is. Last night, I followed Ryjae. His role claim just didn't sit right with me. As it turns out, his goal is not my own, as Ryjae is Playing For Keeps.

Wait...wait...scratch both that comment, and the one I made about "sending ryjae to smack Mercy around a bit". I have ryjae and Rysto next to each other in my notes, and I mixed two up.
ryjae claimed Mad Hatter, Rysto claimed Harley Quinn, not the other way around. My bad.
So, Mad Hatter (and I'm assuming ryjae is Mad Hatter, since others have found his hats about) is PFK? Interesting...might his win condition be tied to his obsessive quest to obtain Batman's cowl?

Iiiiinteresting...so, is Harley Quinn in league with the Joker after all? ryjae is the Mad Hatter, not HQ. I suppose it's entirely possible that the Hatter lied altogether about the effect of his hats, and that he doesn't just receive thoughts, he gets some kind of control over the subject - like the Speculators in Blade Runner, I guess. But I have questions about hawkeye's claim. You say that you are a stalker/watcher-type. Usually, that type of role gets information on the actions taken by his or her target. But you claim to have been given ryjae's alignment (Playing for Keeps). If you have the ability to investigate alignment, then in essence you are a Detective, way more powerful than hockey was or Hal is. Have I misunderstood, or is that actually what you're claiming?

I can get alignment, not names nor actions. However, as I said, there are limitations, so it isn't as powerful as it would appear. Lets just say I'm better at telling which players are playing for keeps than telling which are scum.

So, when 3 masons share a name and one mason, the only freakin unclaimed mason has a different one, you can't see a pro town reason why I might want to try and hide that? The thing is, I think you are a baddie, but I think you are playing like Hockey Monkey in YSI right now. Your line of questioning is bad for the town.

Here's another bit of information to throw out. I don't know if it means anything, but notice that on the first night, Atarus blocked Rysto, and I blocked Santo.
Now, as far as we know, Santo had no night power other than immunity to night kills. Which means my freeze of him did nothing. (I don't believe I can freeze passive powers based on the description. It just says the target cannot act.) We discovered the next morning that no one had been offed by the Do Gooders. The only night kill came from our night SK. The only action by the Do Gooders was the shark repellent.
Now, I won't say whether I froze last night or not, but I will say that Rysto was not frozen by me. There are two differences between last night and night one. No night-kill attempt from a night SK (understandable since we already killed one), and a scum-kill of a townie. The repellent shtick is still there, so obviously the repellent is independent from the night-kill.
I don't know if this has anything to do with Rysto's first night of actually being able to do something or not, but it is a noteworthy point.
