I think someone somewhere said Colby claimed third party?
This is probably third hand by this point, although as I don't think he's scum and considering the number of third parties we have so far I'm likely to believe speculation/and or claims of that nature right now.

Query: which is worse for Patricia here: KidV flipping scum, or him flipping anything else. Because by time she voted him, KidV looked like he wasn't getting out of getting lynched. Given scum are already a man down, it would be unlikely for them to hammer one of their own for town cred (tho Pizza has proved that theory wrong before). So if KidV flips scum, I'd lean a bit more non-scum towards Patricia.

Thing is, I'd feel like why wouldn't you put a vote in on a dead in the water scum buddy if it looks like they're going down in flames no matter what happens that day? the timing of her vote and the fact she just really didn't try selling the cookies wagon at all kind of makes me feel like if kidv is scum she just wanted in on the wagon.

When she originally case the (invalid) vote in #99, the vote was: KidV (4): Paranoia, Swammer, silverjan, cookies Abstain (3): texcat, colby, Pleonast BillMC (2): F&G, abstain She could have tied kidv & abstain; or tried abstain and myself, but she put the vote on kidv putting him 2 clear votes ahead with 24hrs left in the day -- that's a pretty defeatist attitude for the scum -- then again, kidv hasn't been seen and maybe he had another meltdown in the scum thread and said he wasn't coming back. So yeah, your point of view is equally valid given the current evidence.

Scatach has made a few statetements to that affect that rubbed me the wrong way. Stating on a couple of occasions that I was 'avoiding' things on Day 1. Absence != avoidance. It is one possibility, and in this case the wrong possibility, and it is not a foregone conclusion. In my neck of the woods, we call that a smear. Taking something that is actually ambiguous and spinning it in the worst way possible. I don't think it's a smear if I vote you for it. Also, I wasn't characterising your absence as avoidance, I was referring to the fact that you were around and posting but failed to mention any of the lynch candidates and instead just voted swammer because the haiku's annoyed you. I don't think I referred to you at all after you went away for EOD actually. billmc: I feel like I've pretty clearly lined out what bothers me about bill, and as the day's gone on, those suspicions have only been cemented. He only responds to half the things presented to him, but argues emphatically and – and this is the big one for me – emotionally. It feels like someone playing anti-town but trying to seem town by cherrypicking what to hit on in his posts and only bringing up what makes him look best and other players look worst, as opposed to mentioning everything salient. Emotionality is a good way to change minds without backing it with substance: nobody wants to push a case too hard on someone offended about being suspected. I'm not really sold one way or the other on his slip (or "slip"): I can see him being scum or third party or even unobservant town based on it, but his play makes me think the worst. <snip> KidVermicious: C'man. C'maaan! You said yesterday what amounted to "Oh I just don't have anything to contribute day one and I never will get off my back", but your day 2 play has been exactly the same! All you've done is respond to (not even refute!) accusations leveled against you and scoff at your main accuser. You gotta contribute something, man. I am becoming increasingly convinced that whether or not you're actually scum, you're definitely not pro- or neutral-town. I'ma Unvote: billmc and Vote: KidV; I have a hard time believing this'll go badly. I agree almost entirely with both of these points. I think this sums up the case on KidV the best actually.
