So Patricia and (possibly) Fruit performed actions on the same player on the same night? I still think this seems to challenge probability. Fruit, would you care to chime in yet with why you're so certain TLD deserves to be lynched? Either the two of you are on the same side and can talk to one another, or one of you is suspicious. Unfortunately I don't know which one seems more so. Vote: FruitAndGarbage - to be fair as I already have a vote on Patricia - until I can figure out who seems more scumlicious. I don't think either of those is a very good interpretation of the situation. Especially since the reason I'm voting tld has nothing to do with night-actions: I will explicitly say that if I do have an action, it wasn't used on tld last night. I voted for him not because I'm sure he deserves to be lynched, but because I was suspicious of him for being on Idle and the swammer wagon – which we now know were both not-scum – and I wanted to see who would object to the vote and how loudly. That's all. I'm not magic bagging, just trying to see if anyone was aligned with idle and amateur enough to lash out against a no-reason-given vote or assume I was a cop who'd gotten a guilty on tld and kill me tonight. Once again, my vote on him had nothing to do with a role I may not even have. Finally, as far as my "picking apart Idle's roleclaim": yes, that's exactly what I did. that's what you're supposed to do in Mafia, isn't it? Or are you suggesting that we should blindly accept any and all claims? Plus, you may notice that after picking apart his claim and going back and forth with him a few times, I ultimately decided that I believed him. Not that my change of heart regarding Idle proves anything, but you seemed not to have noticed... Of course we shouldn't trust any roleclaim ever forever. If picking apart his claim was all you'd done, I wouldn't even be raising an eyebrow. The reason it makes me leery and that I mentioned it at all was because in combination with the other things you did (going after colby for making an assumption it looks like several other people did and that I think is very reasonable, voting for patricia with what I consider very weak reasoning [there's no reason for her as scum to stick her neck out to be the last vote on an already-successful wagon, especially if she knew he was going to flip not-scum]), it looks more like the behavior of someone trying to find any little slipup that can be magnified into a lynch than someone genuinely hunting scum, which is why the fact you changed changed your mind doesn't really sway me and even made me a bit more suspicious; scum love to drop unpopular pushes when it becomes clear they're not working. I'm not convinced you are scum at this point, just somewhat suspicious based on whom you've chosen to target so far and why. save a scum buddy? have you seen the number of votes on TLD? don't be silly. if we were scum i wouldn't dream of defending him. you're just slinging mud and hoping it will stick. Vote: Colby I'm inclined to agree with this, to the extent that I don't think charlie's trying to save a scumbuddy. Doesn't really make me suspicious of Colby though. I'm similarly inclined to believe tld's claim, now that he's made it. I think it's treading towards "pretty unfair" if it's accurate, but not so much so that I disbelieve it. As a mod, I try to build roles in that discourage claiming (since I think too many games are won by simply massclaiming and picking off the odd ones out), and ones like this one do just that. Course, it only really works if the players are warned ahead of time about claiming, but... I feel like I see the intent. Anything that sets not-scum players against each other is a power boost for scum, which most setups need. I don't like the role as written (one shot at killing? Really? Works on flavor but sheesh that's tricky) but I believe it. unvote: thelastdays, since the main reason I initially started suspecting him was he joined me on a wagon I knew was stupid when I started it, but this role totally explains why he would have. Which makes two days in a row I've hopped off the lynch train just before it gets to the station. Gross.

Last night I received a message that I was getting sleepy. I don't know what this means or what caused it, but if it's some sort of delayed kill or roleblock or something, it's worth it to town to know what the warning sign is. I forgot about this. I'm curious to find out what happens naturally without a lynch interfering. Unvote: FruitAndGarbage

Oh right, I kept meaning to ask but kept forgetting... Are votes on Colby broken into two parts (Colby11 (2,2): Suburban Plankton [21]; gnarlycharlie [83] [...] Colby11 (1,1): Meeko [41]) because of Meeko's typo or because of mod mistake, or what?

All the votes are broken up. The numbers in ( ) brackets are first the actual total and the 2nd number is how many votes that person has received, including the unvotes. The number in [ ] brackets is the post number of the vote. Is that clear?

Well I've made my claim as I am and I don't feel lying my way out of this is going to benefit me. I am not responsible for my role nor for spelling mistakes in my Role PM. The problem is, I can't even say you'll regret this because you probably won't since you'll have lynched a third party instead of what usually is a townie mislynch on Day 2.

Sorry to be MIA, my cats destroyed my computer.
Vote: Vote TheLastDays because I believe Patricia Vote: Vote SuburbanPlankton because he is pinging me
I would also still like to vote Fruitandgarbage because he is also still pinging me, but like Chameleon, I would like to see what the results of him getting sleepy are.

Sigh. I am not trying to vote each person twice, I still don't know how to use the tags.

Sigh. I am not trying to vote each person twice, I still don't know how to use the tags. I am trying to be clever again Just highlight the name and click either vote or unvote, don't write "vote". I did the same thing on D1 'til I remembered how to use it. Just a quick thought as I am trying to be helpful, Chameleon is pinging the hell out of me and i don't have a proper case yet. It is just an aside as I want TLD to be lynched but Chameleon is looking really scummy.

You are claiming knowledge that some players are lying. Please give us your evidence and how you obtained it. I'm not claiming knowledge, I'm using reasonable inference. Double standard much?

And Meeko didn't post that. It's because the board software does not handle unmatched ubb codes very well. And then because the users don't preview before posting.
