Last time I painted a room, Hoopz, I did it naked. It took a couple weeks to get all the paint off me.

Certainly. Cat all but said that if he claimed, he would lose his "powers". However, in quoting his PM, one of the bullets under "Role/Abilities" would have said something about his not being able to claim. After all, it would be an attribute of his "role". I'm pointing out that that's a single inconsistancy, out of many. As much as I don't like PM handshakes, if you will, this is a very serious flaw in his fake claim. Pssst.... From the PM, as posted by Cat: "While you can kill at night, you cannot tell anyone else who you are or what you are doing or you will be unable to carry out any further kills, so you will have to keep quiet." <snip> Pssst, I may have missed where it said that, because I was looking where the role attributes were. Like I said, all the conditions in my role are spelled out with the role attributes. Hope you get your house together, that sounds like a mess.

I should be voted off just for the painting naked revelation.

Just as a warning to everyone: I just started a dayfluff thread for anyone who wants to use it. I may move mundane or abusive posts from here to that thread. I really don't like the idea of this thread becoming the daunting monstrosity it's become if most of what's in it isn't game related.

I have a question for CAIS:
Why didn't you reveal earlier that you knew there was one SK based on your PM? I don't think that would have violated your reveal restrictions because it says nothing about your role.
I'm not asking to be accusatory or in order to insinuate anything, I'm genuinely curious.

Wanna put my ass in the chair? I'm down with it, cat. At least I know I'm town, and you're probably something else. At least my ass in the chair frees me to get into another game and still have a hope at winning this one. At least I wasn't off killing last fucking night. And if I was I'd have the good sense to off myself, or claim or whatever it was you didn't do If you're town, why do you fear that you're going to lose this game? The way I see it, other than some petty squaggling, we're doing pretty well.

"Most uncool, dude" is just a Rooshism. You spend as much time 'with' the guy as I have developing the game, and they become -hilarious-. So I decided to make one (or maybe more than one) a hidden (meaning only active for one post) postcount. I myself have made one for the 52nd post one makes- they get "Infinite Crisis!" label, which is what spawned the "52" storyline in comics. I'm sure there are others out there.

We're having pee cake.****Oh, and honestly I don't think we're doing all that bad either.******I threw that last bit in so that I'm not total fluff.********Wonders if he'll kill the thread again.

I don't know exactly how well we are doing, but we did have what should have been an uplifting Day 1. I had assumed that zuma was pissed because of the posting restriction. I suppose it might be that he has ended up as scum. Wonder what that says about the CIAS vote? hmmm, or that could all be bs, hard to say. Interesting idea though DB. This Day has been a bit sad compaired to Day 1. Anyone else out there want to vote or something?

Perhaps he was afraid the Vig would be on-target? Hmmm.

I was actually wondering if Zuma's sudden assplosion actually has something to do with the game. Maybe he's some kind of martyr who wins if he is lynched by his fellow townspeople?
Regardless, I'm wasting no more time on him.
Still not sure where I stand with CIAS. Pro town or not, a vig that has to kill every night is a danger. I'm not saying that CIAS is scum for sure, I'm just saying that I'd rather him take the chair than accidentally kill town every night. Maybe we could have someone make his powers not work? Somehow 'freeze' him at night? (yeah I suck at this cloak and dagger hinting shit).
The case against Atarus seems to have some valid points. I'm going to go through his posts myself and see if I can make something of them.

Anyone else out there want to vote or something? I'm workin' on it. Still catching up from my sick day, and getting very tired of driving home over my lunch hour to let one of our dogs out, who is on house arrest due to a vet treatment. My lunches are prime Mafia time for me.

brewha: According to the alleged PM that Cat quoted, I'm not seeing that a night kill target is a requirement. It says that he "may" select a target to kill every night.

Well, if that's true, Either CIAS or Sinjin needs a lynchin'.
I could see CIAS make an attack on Sinjin if he had to kill and those clues were the best he had to go on. Or if CIAS has some inside info on Sinjin that proves that he is scum.
But, if CIAS made an attempt on Sinjin based only on the rather flimsy evidence he has expressed, then he is a danger to us and needs to claim his role and lose his vig status or just die.

I'm going to have to disagree. I've been a Vig before, and unless you utilize your powers it's just not as fun. It's up to each individual player to play as they see fit. I'm not going to berate anyone for doing that. Since he has claimed, it appears that it's a moot point anyway.

Each of the players who blew their post restriction -- CIAS for fully claiming and zuma for going beyond five words per post -- I take it we should see the results of whatever punishment they face in the morning?

My understanding of the somewhat chaotic recent events is that the Sharp-Dressed Cat claims to be a Vig, who cannot admit to his powers without losing them. Since he has now openly claimed, he has lost those powers. Thus, if he's pro-Town, he's no longer a threat to us.
As for using his power last Night, power roles should be left to act as they see fit. We can't look over their shoulders at teh PMs they write to the Mods; so let them act as they see fit, and when they're forced into the open, challenge them on what they did.
If he's telling the truth we could do with his powers of analysis; so do we need to kill him Tonight? I could see leaving him until Tomorrow and looking elsewhere for now.
The reading I've done did make me suspicious of Atarus. However, there's lots of posting to get through yet, plus Day 1 to reread.
For now, my inclination is to vote Atarus, unless something better opens up.

I did that last Friday morning after being occupied for most of that week. I made the mistake of not drinking until after slogging through all that. I highly recommend you not make the same mistake I did. It will reduce the pain considerably.

I'll probably do it at the weekend. It'll be less painful than watching the nightfluff.
I'd like to thank Dio for the dayfluff thread though. It bled off a lot of excess waffle somewhere where I don't have to wade through it to get serious content.
Back to the early part of Today.

It varies, actually. Some of it is fun, and some ... not so fun. But ultimately it's fluff, and not relevant to winning the game.
Man this game has gone dead.
