Much quieter Day huh? Weird how that works.
I think I believe Ed's claim. Not 100% no, but mostly.
So who to vote for Today? I still have niggling suspicions of Cookies, but I'm wondering if that isn't a case more of style differences than anything else at this point. I'm not willing to go ahead right now with it.
We're close to the deadline, and it seems that Ed is near the top. So before I vote, can I get an updated vote count?

I don't really see the case against Special Ed, but the one against texcat is a little more appealing. Spintari seems to be deliberately not saying anything, so I can definitely see the appeal of switching over to him.
After thinking about it for a while, I really don't like what archangel said about her vote for me, but that could easily be me just getting defensive and weird.
My hopes that Jaade would come in and say stuff have been dashed.

My hopes that Jaade would come in and say stuff have been dashed. I'm disappointed too. It would have taken very little for me to change my vote. Since she seems to not be playing, I'm happy to lynch her. If she's Town, she hasn't been helping us. If she's not, well good riddance. Especially since the rules say we should not expect a modkill.

Natlaw, I think, in general, having more information out there is good for the town. I don't see how knowing that someone was the victim of the thief could hurt. Is there something you think that the scum could do with that info if they had it? And it might help us if we knew how often the thief struck. It might help a roleblocker or role-transferer know if they stumbled onto the thief. And it might help us figure out who is, or is not, hiring Vinny. As Nanook mentioned, you seem to be very preoccupied with the gold - which kinda makes me think that maybe you are the thief. Knowing who has what gold, who transfered it to who is of very little use to the town - as town don't win based on gold. And we're only speculating that the Thief is PFK and what their win condition is - but at the moment, finding Scum is what we should be doing. And knowing who has what gold today, doesn't tell as squat about who hired, or tried to hire the merc last night -- or whether indeed the merc fulfilled the contract, or killed Buff for the hell of it. We all started with 1 gold (unless of course you know differently) so all anyone could have bid yesterday was 1 gold - everyone equal - so the Merc must have had a personal preference for killing Buff. Nor did you answer my previous question.

Unvote: BillMc Though I still think his ideas trying to link the jailed stanislaus to the terrorist are confusing. Why would the terrorist be jailed? And if he were jailed, wouldn't that somehow affect his plot to blow us all up on day 3?
And I still think it is to the towns benefit to know if anyone had gold stolen. I am not suggesting that anyone talk about transfers or hiring Vinny, as this clearly might help the scum and the thief. Since no one claims to have had any money stolen last night, I am thinking that the thief must have role-blocked or the thief is in jail. Seems like stuff that is useful for the town.
Vote: Natlaw for wanting to keep helpful information from us townies.

Lovely.
That basically leaves Archangel and Jaade if I want to ending up with a power role being lynched. I dislike lynch the lurker in general, though with the completely up to us rule in this game I may change my mind on that, so I would rather go with the person who has expressed a philosophical ideal that I find anathema.

At least we have a bunch of people ripe for the "you brought about a tie at the end of the day, and you must die" lynch pool. </sarcasm>
I'm still willing to sit in the hotseat, but if impending death possible death doesn't get Jaade's attention, that really sucks and I won't shed too many tears even if it is a mislynch.

NAF, I think we've screwed up badly enough with outing power roles early and making it easier for scum, so no, I have nothing much to say for myself right now except that I'm town.
I HATE the lynch of Jaade when she's not around to claim if necessary. (And if she is lynched and flips scum that's going to make me look bad, but so be it.)
I think Ed's vote on me is totally spurious, being based, as it is, on statements I made in another ongoing game, but I also don't think he's scum (he votes me more when he's town then when he's scum).
Peeker's vote on me is understandable, but funny because I was just willing to admit that I will sometimes justify a not-strong vote when I'm town (and this is because I believe voting as town as important). We all do that, I'm just the one who came out and said it, that's all.

Unvote JulieVote TexcatI don't like this vote only because at that time there was a four way tie at 2 votes, and four people had only 1 vote. If you have anything on anyone all you have to do is make a viable case. It's not like there are two front runners and you're just picking between them, the leader only had two votes. This just seems like a "me too" vote, and one you even said you didn't want to do, as you didn't like the case on her. Well make your own case on someone else, and give us all someone better to lynch. Vote: Archangel Unvote:
