As for your ideas, Storyteller. I think I have an explaination for why scum wouldn't jump on Blaster- they've already got one in the hand by Dotchan, why start from scratch and do the Blaster thing. Esp. when Nightkills work just as well?
Other reasoning.... well. I'll keep that one to myself, as it's anti-town.
But yes. Blaster has been quite... unnoticed by the Town. I haven't really had him on any of my FOS lists it's true. I wonder if Day6 i should look at him. We'll see what this day brings.
Say, when IS the deadline anyways?

(snip) OK, I'm not seeing much hope for dotchan here, not with so little time remaining, but here's what I think: I laid out two of the longer posts I've made, outlining a case against Blaster Master. I've gotten response and feedback from the two Geniuses, and a few minor responses from others, but on the whole, other than nesta and capy, those posts might as well have never happened. It's not that no one is agreeing with me that I find curious - it's that so many players are ignoring that angle altogether, to do exactly what I thought was a bad idea at the beginning of this Day - point at dotchan and say, "hey, look over there!" There's a block of players who have done essentially nothing but that for the whole Day, ignoring the cases made against players other than dot. (snip) The thing is not so much that I have been ignoring your posts but that I don't see it as an urgent issue. Right now I can see clear (to me) indication that dotchan is scum. So I'm simply voting for the person who seems most like scum to me. I have other candidates for "scummyhood" but, frankly, none of them are as clear as dotchan's is. I have laid out my arguments and am, currently, waiting for the result.

Esp. when Nightkills work just as well? The answer to that question is, if you're scum, why not do both? No reason you can't keep smudging and voting for dotchan while throwing out a cursory "hey, good point, let's look closer at Blaster tomorrow" just to get the suspicion growing. Night kills are all well and good, but the scum need to force two more mislynches (or three, if there are only two of them left) to win. dotchan alone, if she's town, isn't going to do the job for them. Fair enough. WAS. The deadline WAS about thirteen minutes ago. Wanna hear something funny? On further reflection, I kind of wish I hadn't tied the vote as I did. I'd rather not explain why, for a variety of reasons, but I think it was a pretty significant mistake. This is what happens when you forget what day of the week it is.

Wow, if the deadline was that close. you put in the tying vote at EXACTLY 3pm (EST).... Well played. But is the deadline over at 3:00:00 or 3:00:59? That'll be the curious Question... Heh.

But on the off chance the scum haven't grasped why it was a mistake, I don't really think I ought to tell them.

OK, seriously, this is ridiculous. Idle, if you are reading this, my intention is to vote pygmy if dot does not, and unvote pygmy if she does. vote pygmyYou are extremely lucky. The time on this post is exactly 12 noon my time. You're extremely lucky nobody else accidentally voted again. So... There is a tie. dotchan and pygmyrugger. Day is extended for another 24 hours and will end tomorrow at ONE PM my time. And yes....if there's a tie at the end of Day I will ALWAYS EXTEND Day. However if there's a tie tomorrow, I will NOT extend Day and it will be Night without a Day lynch. You may only vote for either dotchan or pygmyrugger. All their votes are cleared as of right NOW. Vote as you may. You have 24 hours (and eight minutes). Go.

I must point out, though, that Dot unvoted Pygmy when we were trying to get a tie and didn't toss it back on. That's pretty darn sporting. You're right. I plan on not voting for dotchan during the run-off, and not building a case against her. As of now, I only plan to defend myself, specifically nesta's large post in which he voted for me.

Wait a second. NeverMind. :forehead slap: I thought there was 11 of us. There's only 9. And Dotchan's the one who DIDN'T vote. So whoopsie. Ignore that last comment.

(And honestly, I don't trust myself to make a good decision at this point.) Though i must say.... This is very humorous. As your choices are: Voting For Dying. Or Not Dying. But okay, If you don't trust yourself under this stress, that's fine.

Well let's make this simpler. Just an easy question:
Dot, Pygmy: is either of one of you scum? Just tell us and we'll save some time.

Because, at this time, you can only vote for pygmy or yourself. It's not a judgment call at all. Not voting for your opponent means to decrease your own side's chances of winning, unless, of course, you are convinced both of you are on the same side.

Sorry, folks, despite my distracting shininess I'm town. See sig file. ;D
Pygmyrugger...I'm torn. So very torn. I was on my way to being lynched yesterday, and Pygmy's vote for NAF on the grounds that he should have been CrazyTownied helped put the votecount towards the runoff. That's the one thing that I'm looking at the most, because the rest of the stuff nesta mentioned could be pygmy's playstyle. (His non-vote right now is also part of my indecision.)
And...I also kind of don't want to play any more, because it's been so emotionally draining. (Hence my "blah" post at 3:15 ish.) But on the other hand, I don't want to quit just because this game is hard.

Dotchan's refusal to vote for Pygmy is so anti-town its laughable.
Spose Dotchan is town, why in the hell wouldn't she vote for Pyg?
Because shes nice?
If Dot is town, she has hurt the town badly by not voting for Pyg in the end.Bottom line, she has to vote for him anyway.
Vote Dotchan.

Got a good question in my PMs.
Never thought about it before. So I'm going to say no. That's for regular Days. This is Dusk. I'll allow everyone to vote if they want to without that "auto lynch" thing. But in the Days it will apply.

Mad, Jeez, you're freaking me out, man. What's with the jumping all over the "ooh shiny" from the scumbait? We know she looks guilty as hell, but Pygmy said the VERY same thing, but you jumped only on Dotchan for it.... Come on, man, I expect you to be a stronger player than that.
Can the other Dotchan voters give a better reason for voting for her other than the "ooh shiny"?
