NAF is putting up a valiant effort, but I don't think it can change the lynch. With the facts against you, it's a tall hill to climb.
I'll end the game once all the Night actors get their actions in. I'll let Cookies know I'm intending to end the game to see if she has any scheme to avoid a loss. I don't think she'll mind ending it now.

I think she has thrown in the towel, honestly. But I agree you should be courteous and ask first --FCOD

I asked for quick orders from all the Night actors. I didn't hear from SisterCoyote but since she enchanted pedescribe last Night, I just used that. It doesn't change the outcome and makes a nice chain of actions between all the remaining players (sans the Vicar).
Comments are much appreciated, here or in the final game thread.

Well, it had to happen eventually--I made a ruling mistake. As the players have discovered, the Vicar Idle Thoughts should not have been killed by the Vampire FlyingCow. Except the players' reasoning is slightly off--a blocked Vicar can be killed by a Vampire. We spoiled know that that did not happen, so the kill was a moderator error, but the players do not know that. YOU GASTARD! ARRGGGHHHHH ALL THAT STRESS BECAUSE OF AN ERROR?! Just kidding, I love ya, Pleonasty.

Just kidding, I love ya, Pleonasty. Yeah, sorry about that. I think it slipped my mind because I was excited that a Witchdoctor actually managed to enchant someone the Night they were killed. So you have the distinction of being the first player to be raised by a Witchdoctor. ( julie doesn't count since she used the secret power.) And it was FlyingCow and the Undead who paid the price for my mistake, since he was lynched and not you.

It was still the most enjoyable game I've played, I think. I really liked that you allowed everyone to request their role. I thought I'd enjoy playing a Vampire the most and I think I was correct. I don't think I've played a solo killing role before.

I stand firm in my claim: I did not kill Idle Thoughts! What's funny is that he was so adamant that a Vampire couldn't have killed him when I did. LOL. As I said, the only ones Pleo's mistake should create a "WTF?" moment for are Cabal. Because they know they didn't block Idle. Everything else is perfectly fine within the powers of the game and no other faction should be the wiser. Idle isn't thinking outside the box at all. The fact that it's pretty much mod-confirmed that a Vampire could kill a Vicar when blocked and he seems to still think that there is no way you're a Vampire even though you killed him confuddles me. Your "I didn't kill you." argument makes sense. After all, you had no clue you were redirected, and no one seems to have figured out that the Cabal have been redirecting folks yet. I'm a little confused here by your reasoning. Why would I have needed to think outside the box when I was right? Right about not being able to be killed by a Vampre and right about having been blocked being very unlikely? Yes, I know that a block would have made a vampire kill successful, but that's not what happened, and I thought (and said so many times) that I'm almost positive that's not what happened since it was so improbable. So on both cases (A vamp being able to kill me and/or being blocked so a vamp could kill me), I was right. Neither was the case.

That sounds to me like each faction has one member who has a special power. So four total, one person on each side. Sigh. What's the point of open rules of no one even reads them? Right there in plain English. I just realized--Nanook should be aiming at Cookies from now on. That way, as soon as the cabalists are dead, we win. This is a really bad tactic. If the Cabal is still active, they could choose to not block Vig and thus end the game with a Cabal win. Of course, ped could be saying this to fake out the Cabal while the Vig decides to still target someone not Cookies. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I'm trying to decide if I can call the game early if the lynch for NAF goes through. Is there any scenario at all, however unlikely but assuming the players aren't completely stupid, in which Cookies could pull off a win? Oops. Wellllllllllllllllll, look at this way.....someone who hasn't read the rules fully isn't nessecarily scum! Tip for future games, all. * *What can I say? I was my usual "Ho hum, I'm in this game now so I guess I'll play" mentality. Therefore you don't actually think I'd read the RULES, now do ya? ;D

I'm definitely going to make role requests a feature of future Conspiracy games (already have the core of the next one done, but have to do the balancing). I think any open game could make use of role requests, but it works especially well for this rules set.

I take complaints about my games and moderation as complements. It means you care enough to give feedback. ;D And it should be noted I complain about other games/moderation in the same spirit.

I didn't think Pleo would have made such an elementary mistake, so I was convinced that the Undead secret power was the cause. (What was it? Don't tell me; the Necromancers had it?)
I had a blast this game. I do owe an apology to BillMc though; it seems I don't easily get tired of giving the order "Kill Bill" - even if I had Kat! do it this time.
I definitely regret not coming out right at the end of Day 6. DarkCookies, I'd be interested to know whether you would have attacked Sister Coyote if I'd have asked you to, and said I'd keep Nanook muzzled.

Each Vampire knew the identity of a Necromancer; I knew storyteller was. Lot of good that did me, thanks a lot Kat! BTW Kat, I was trying to speak to you when I said I had to go to the dentist. I didn't actually have to go to the dentist. Did you pick up on it? --FCOD
