Doubting the Mason's alignment was wrong, but all of my complaints about how the three of you played prior to the Corinthian's death are valid, at least to me, and there was a laundry list of things that the three of you have done that still make absolutely no sense to me. Waiting around for the Mason's to pipe up about Total using them as a stalling tactic was one of those things. The three of you had been all up in everyone's grill about how they were reacting to your extra information and what you had decided to do with it, which I consider micro-managing. Then when a known scummy is using you as leverage to stall, you don't utter a peep until the Day is almost over. Bad for Town. <snipped> otay. fault us for how we played it. that's cool. and to be honest there was some vigorous discussion that ensued about how to play it. but to say we played it wrong, in the absence of evidence to the contrary i think, is misguided. and i think that we have purposely tried to keep from "micro managing" stuff. and i believe it total herself who bitched about masons "running" a game that she had been involved in. so on board we kind of made a decision that that statement and her subsequent "i ain't doing shit unless the masons ok it" was kind of incongruous. and the whole game you have been gritching about masons with powers and how that effects balancing and blah blah blah blah. you know if you are town you would be going thank you jeebus (and by that i mean masons with a power not the specific individuals). and now you gritch about us not providing sufficient guidance. seriously, wtf. can't win either way in your book, right?

I still think giving extra powers to masons is a major power play from a balancing perspective, and it was apparently balanced in part by 3 pfks, which is quite a bit for a game this size, don't you think? And I'm not complaining about your not giving "guidance" with respect to Total, I complained that none of you said anything about her at all until quite late. You had a player spend most of the Day either overtly requesting the Mason's permission to claim or alluding to your silence as an excuse for why she wasn't claiming. Thankfully, we pushed in the right direction, but up until Total flipped scum the Mason's had about as much credibility as she did in my book. Do you suspect me? Then lay a case out and back it up.
